Close your eyes. Think “jeans.” Now open. They were 501s®, right? They’re literally the blueprint for every pair of jeans in existence—burned into the world’s collective cortex ever since Levi Strauss (the man himself!) invented them in 1873. To this day they they’ve never gone out of style. And they never will.

LOVE HATE
I have a love-hate relationship with these jeans but only because there is ZERO STRETCH whatsoever but it’s also this fact that makes them so flattering I think because they really hold you in.Love the high waisted, multiple button up, light wash, mildly distressed bootcut detailsHate how stiff they areFor reference I am 5 foot 1, 108lbs & fit in both a 24 & 25. Purchased both sizes because I am between the 2 and the 24s fit best.In the 24s, they fit snug but shaped my lower body the best. The high waist snatches you in without squeezing while sculpting the booty, hugging my hips and was slightly tight in the thighs. They fit nicely overall. I normally am between 24-25 in jeans and would say the 24s fit the way I like while standing & walking around. When I sat or bent down, however, they’re mildly uncomfortable. The 25s fit more comfortably all around but the pair felt less faltering.Conclusively, I like the comfort of the 25s but the fit of the 24s was just undeniably perfect. My best suggestion would be to get your normal size but keep in mind that because they’re high waisted, the tops of them will be slightly smaller than where they would sit at your hips. Not saying to size down because of this but it’s definitely something worth considering.

Pictures don’t do it justice
I’m 5’3” 132lbs Size 27x28 - and these fit and look great! Will wear with converse for my around town look doing kid drop offs and such. I’m a single mom so looking cute and comfy at the same time brings me tremendous joy! The one thing that isn’t depicted well is that these are not skinny on me they are more straight legged, so be cautious if you’re looking for tighter around lower leg. Live the high waist and definitely gives a slimming look to tummy area.

Size Not Properly Listed
So I’m super disappointed in these jeans. I’ve always wanted a pair. I ordered a size 27 which is my true size. When I got the jeans they looked really good and the quality is great, but when I went to put them on I could not even get them over my thighs. Now, I know all jeans are different and some don’t have any stretch, which these have none, but it was weird to me that I couldn’t even get them over my legs when they’re my true size. I checked the tag on the outside and it says 27. But when I checked the tag on the inside of the jeans it literally says size 25. I know some of the reviews said to size up, but these literally say they are 25s on the inside tag not 27s. So why are they not listed as 25s? I could’ve exchanged them, but because their size is not properly listed, I wouldn’t really even know what I’m ordering or if they’d even fit.

Cute, but runs very small.
Cute jean, but runs very small. I wear an 8 or 10 in pants, and bought these in 31. They almost button, but not quite. Ordered a different Levis style: 724's, which do run true to size and have slight stretch. Not sure I will re-order this style. Ordering a big size doesn't bother me, but when you size up... the rest of the pant also gets bigger. If you have curves, you should consider sizing up multiple sizes. Also, realize that this pant is 100% cotton (no stretch) and the cut is slim, so your body isn't bigger, even if you have to size up.Update... I am changing my review on this item. I would now give it 4 stars instead of 3. The sizing is what gets me. There should not be so much guess work. They need to button to stretch and fit your curves. Months later, I have decided to give these a try again. I love the look. What can I say??? I ordered a 32. I have never bought a 32 in my life. I usually wear an 8 or 10 -or- a 29/30. They fit. They look a bit like a straight leg, because the legs get bigger as you size up. I have curves - butt and thighs, but the rest of my legs are relatively slim. I like it better than an actual straight leg. Too much fabric. I guess if you have curves, you need to size up 2 sizes, and not think twice about. Ordering 2 more pairs. Hope they also fit, because they don't come bigger.

On the smaller side
I have size 27 & 28’s in various Levi’s jeans. I ordered the 27 in these and I was barely able to get them over my butt. I wiggled into them and was able to button all but one button. They are very very cute, but very stiff. I’d say size up one. I’m 140lbs, 5,4 carry weight in my butt and thighs. Returning for the size 28 or could possibly probably go up to a 29 but I’ll start with the 28 bc I know Levi’s stretch out with wear. They are like the perfect light wash skinny jean. I love them and am bummed I can’t keep them just yet.

5’4 126 fits me big and looks funny in the back
I want to love them but they fit me funny. I’m not a curvy person so they look frumpy in spots.

Obsessed with the fit!
Love love love these jeans! They are 100% authentic Levi’s. They are the perfect fit and make my sad flat ass look much better. The wash and fit remind me of digging through consignment shops in the 90s looking for the perfectly worn Levi’s, these are exactly what I was looking for then and I’m so happy to finally find them thirty years later. I’m blown away that this company can still produce the best jeans with all the competition in the market now. My usual Jean brands are Mother and AYR which are priced much higher than Levi’s and these Levi’s are just as good as my premium denim jeans. The style is called 502 Skinny and it fits more like slim straight. To me skinny is hugging your legs and these are not skin tight at all, but in a good way. For reference I bought my usual size 28, I’m 5’3’ 115 and have hips and a smaller waist.

Not for Those of use without curves
I’m leaving this review because I spent HOURS trying to find jeans that weren’t jeggings but would still be flattering in my stick shape. Contrary to a lot of the reviews these actually run BIG, I’m normally a 25 in jeans, the 25s in these were baggy everywhere, way too big in the waist and hip area, the 24s fit perfect in the waist however that was it. They were way loose and baggy in the butt and thighs. I’m sure these would be flattering on someone with a more curvy shape or a butt. (I don’t have either). For reference I’m 5ft 5inch and typically wear a 25 or 0 in pants.
