If you like to purchase EXCELLENT condition products when turn on and wont boot up, this store is for you! Adding injury to insult, shipping out was quite delayed and amazon had to refund me additional $ and waited for a long time to get here too, now i have to get another one elsewhere.... disaster refurbishment product and poor shipment times.

I needs a laptop for a work from home job and didn’t have a lot of money to spend this met the minimum requirements I needed so I took a chance. So glad I did this laptop has been amazing I use it on a daily basis for work and never had an issue wasn’t expecting much for the price I paid and the laptop is a few years old but it’s been a champ! It’s been 3 month of use so far so good just hope it continues this way!

Not sure if it was just this one in particular but seemed like it was almost used or tested on before they shipped it. Buttons were hard to use someone you had to push little more intensely than others. Couldn’t load or take the programs I needed for work. I’m sure aside the buttons it would be ideal for someone else that just needs a little laptop.

Over all it is not a bad buy for the specs but there are some things that bothered me.Good- back light keyboard,- hardly any cosmetic damage.- everything worked- average battery life 4-5 hours- unit arrived quickly with detail instructions on how to set up- light weightBad- dead pixel on screen- changed out the ssd with one I had laying around because the original was very slow and sluggish.- unit had a headless screw stuck in back plate which took me a while to take out.- back plate had broken clips(a bit loose)- keyboard has some keys that need to be press with a little more force to register input in example (1,3,5,8) have that issue for some reason(kinda ruins my fast typing )- unit has one Sata connection with a Msata adapter and there is a wwan m.2 connection which there exist only one ssd that has m.2, 42mm in length , And uses pcie to transmit data.(toshiba rc100)That last one is a drawback for people who hope have two drives in the system.Overall the computer itself is a 4 star computer for the features it comes with minus a star for having limited options for secondary drivesThe vendor receives 1 stars because of the stuck screw(took forever for me to get out) , loose back plate, dead pixel, keyboard number keys being inconsistent with pressure for input, and the ssd provided was a snail speed.For me exclusively, my main complaint is the keyboard and back plate. My vision is so bad I hardly notice the dead pixel.Hopefully this helps.-Alejo

Received it today, and it seems fine. BUT, it was TERRIBLY packaged. It just bounced around loosely inside of a big box for or over 2800 miles, many different trucks, and distribution centers it went through. Please do better!

This was an absolute great value. I have had no issues, easy to set up and perfect for my intended use. The laptop came just as advertised!

Purchased this product in August 2018. It worked fine for 5 months. In February 2019, it completely died and would not turn on or even charge. Our highly skilled IT Professional ran thorough diagnostics and told me that the motherboard was completely dead and would have to be replaced, which would be more than we originally paid for the item.When I contact the seller I was told that the product was outside the 90 day purchase protection period and that I should have bought the extended warranty.Sounds like fraud to me. I would expect any computer, refurbished or not, to work more than 6 months without catastrophic failure. If this was a minor repair, I would expect to have to pay the cost. However, for a computer to entirely fail within a year and the seller to have no accountability is fraudulent and has no place in a respectable marketplace.Find another seller for your computers.
