Ok, so I read the reviews and some mentioned the issue of not fitting and smell. First, I own a 2002 Jeep TJ and YES, it FIT! No it does not have a cut-out for your rear view mirror, BUT you don’t need the cut-out. Just work with the fabric and it will work for you. It doesn’t take rocket science.2nd, I’ll say this, yes it did have a smell BUT sensibility said, “Air It OUT”. I unfolded it completely and draped it over a chair over night and guess what, no more smell. Easy-Peasy!3rd, folding it to fit back in the slip cover it came in. Seriously? Who really cares? The last thing that I personally care about is fitting this back into the little slip cover it came in, AND I’m a woman!!! Fold it in half and place it on the rear seat or shove it underneath, again, who really cares?LAST, but not least, some said it’s too “flimsy” and didn’t set well. Yes, it is a little flimsy, BUT it takes all of maybe 2 minutes or less, unless you’re super OCD and if you are then you probably shouldn’t own a Jeep. You just need to play with it and be patient. Remember, if you’re about the “Jeep Life”, you don’t rush things, with patience comes satisfaction. Whoosah!FYI, I have tint across the top of my windshield, which helps and now having this shade helps so much more when my girl is parked. I love the look of this shade and it was well worth it!!! To start really fast shipping!! I looked into this item because summertime is in New Jersey when the sun is out he gets really hot inside of the car even though I have 35% tint on my windshield the sun still manages to come through when sitting in one spot for a long period of time. Now the great part about this product is it’s so flexible no matter what you have on your dashboard it will find a way to go around it and fit itself nice and snug.I have 5% tint on the rest of my car and when I put this product in front of the windshield no sun whatsoever is penetrating. Yeah I read a couple reviews that there’s a smell the smell will definitely go away with this kind of heat that we’re having this summer.For the price, the fast shipping, the flexibility and knowing your car will be cool in the summer you definitely can’t go wrong.. Super easy to put in place. Looks stylish, seems to do a pretty decent job of filtering out the heat and sun, considering it's so flimsy. Make sure to hang it up outside for a few a while in fresh air, due to the initial new plastic smell, but the smell does go away shortly.

Nice addition to the Wrangler Jeep and easy to install. Simple, but effective design.

Protects from the South Texas sun and looks cool with the throwback military Jeep star going on. Folds up like a snap to stick between the seats.

Nice and small when folded, comes with storage bag. Very lightweight and flimsy material. Can't imagine it will last more than a season.

It felt a little risky buying this with all the bad reviews, but for the life of me I couldn't find a cute windshield shade for a Jeep anywhere, so I took the risk.It's actually fine!! It came out smelling like mothballs but I sprayed it down with Lysol and the hose and after it dried it was fine. The material is just like the other sunshades I've owned before that have pictures on them instead of the ugly silver foil stuff. It looks super cute in the windshield! It fits great, which was the biggest thing I was worried about. I have a 2016 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited for those wondering. 🙂Overall I'm happy with it so far! If anything catastrophic happens I'll give an update, but maybe all the bad reviews are from people with like, I dunno, really high standards for their $13 dollar windshield shades? 🤷‍♀️Anyway I like it!
