Excellent replacement for the original lock
Item was delivered as specified and it was relatively straightforward to replace the old mechanism with the new. The build quality appeared to be as good as the original and fully operated the multi lock action. Good price for the item and a door that once again locks.

Replaced Ferrex XL2R2MSP
After coming home after a night out unable to lock the door, with changing the key barrel not fixing the issue we took the door mechanism apart (took all screws out of the middle of the door basically), from the centre cartride/ gearbox we found a chunck of alluminum broken off, so searching for the part number (XL2R2MSP) on the cartridge only returned one result from google. This product however looked the same and had the same dimensions as the original (also from Fullex), it fitted perfectly as a replacement and works like new. Hope this helps, thanks for prime delivery, saved us a bunch of money from some advantage seeking locksmiths ;)
