For me, these have been a huge blessing. I can't speak for everyone and I have been reading 'you happier' by Daniel Amen, MD. And that's how I heard about saffron in the first place. It might not be what your body and brain needs supplemented, but for me it is. These do not have a smell. They are easy to take. I don't get any acid or tummy issues. I have noticed the difference. I honestly feel more motivated and happier. Normally my lows hold me down for a couple days, but I haven't had a low, a true low, in about 3 weeks since I have been taking it everyday. That's a huge win for me because I'm not a pro pharmaceutical person. I honestly feel better, not crazy energy or anything, but just feel like myself. It's a minor change, but it's noticeable for me. I have been having a lot of apprehension with some Life changes and all the sudden can see more hopefully about it and make it work to my advantage. For me, I say great value. I definitely see it's effectiveness and know that the nutrients are helping my body.

One of my favorites for appetite suppression. I do sometimes like to take a week or two off because it feels like my body gets used to it. But after taking a break and I start again it works all over again.

This review is not to belittle this product whatsoever , it is more so to inform. I like many others started taking saffron because let's face it...who doesn't want a "nature made happy pill". I'm not depressed however I do suffer from anxiety and I do often have mood swings ESPECIALLY with my children.Immediately when I took this I did notice I just felt better, it's hard to explain ...it felt almost as if I took a small dose of shrooms but without the hallucinogen part. So I started taking it consistently and I notice if I took it in the morning it would make me very tired but for a short period of time. So I decided to switch it to night time and I immediately noticed a HUGE difference in my insomnia! I used to wake up and not be able to go back to sleep especially after using the bathroom.SIDE EFFECTSAfter experiencing severe dry eyes and red eyes I looked into what may be causing my symptoms and found this saffron to be the culprit. I'm not sure if it is this brand or saffron in general. After reading up on it I discovered that if you experience dry eyes on it you may have a sensitivity to it ...which makes sense for me as I am very sensitive to a lot of things. So all in all this is to say if you take this beware of the possible dry eye side effect. If you read this until the end I want you to know that you are not broken, you are perfect the way you are. These are pretty amazing! It’s day 3 and I feel so much better! The anxiety I was feeling post menopause was enormous and I feel like my anxiety is now in check! So much calmer and happier! It’s hard to explain how much better I feel, but as long as it’s working I’m a fan! 😌

I haven’t really noticed any effect. Maybe I’m not using it right, or need to adjust dose? Seemed like a good quality product for the price, just haven’t felt the benefit for myself.

I can tell the difference and how it makes me feel. I have taken it every day and love it.

I take these daily and can absolutely tell the difference. I also have my son who is in adhd meds take this and it helps brighten his mood I can tell when he hasn’t taken them.
