Love this product. We use hot water for many things and this product is basically plug in and start using. I leave it plugged in day and night and works great. Perfect for the multiple cups a day tea drinker or just some hot chocolate.

This dispenser is the best thing I have bought in a while. You just come across something that you didn’t know you needed and this is it. It came on time and packaged like any other appliance. Once filled up and placed on my counter with my tea, and instant coffees it was perfection. The kids just grab cups of ramen out of the pantry and make noods anytime they want, and the hubs can make hot chocolate at anytime of day without waiting for the kettle to boil. It’s great for us when we need hot water for multiple things all the time and a sight cheaper than the ones you get installed. It’s going great so far and if it ever breaks down I will buy another one…only bigger.

I picked this hot water dispenser to make pour over coffee and encourage myself to drink more tea while working. Overall seems super easy but these instructions need a few more WORDS. From the graphic on the top of this page you get the idea of how to lift the lid. Great. But then it makes you feel you need to take apart the lid to install it properly? After overthinking what these instructions were not saying or could be saying, I filled up the reservoir and boiled the water. A little louder than the other one I have but otherwise happy to report everything worked fine and would recommend.Update. Spoke too soon. Tried the manual pump dispenser (handle) and once engaged I could not turn it off.

Easy to use

I bought the dispenser in Jan. 2021. In less than a month, it was malfunctioning. I called Amazon and they replaced it. Now, in less than 2 years, the replacement broke down again! I know it has passed the return window, so I am writing here to share my bad experience and hope others will not waste money for such poor quality products!

Purchase for a relative who loves drinking tea but hates to boil water all day.

I really like its simplicity. Uses minimal space and works well.

Despite the control panel saying otherwise, I was unable to set the temp of the water. It went to boiling and stayed there until it was unplugged. I did not want boiling water. Attempted to find a manual online, but that was of no use. The controls were defective.

It is a simple water boiler that give you hot water on demand, no need to wait.After a year of using it, I have no issue with this dispenser and it does the job well. It takes about 25mins to boil 3.3L of water to 185F and keep it hot. It makes a bit of noise when boiling but is acceptable to me.There is no lock on the lid to detech it, compare to my previous one. I guess this is a safty feature to some people but I find it not necessary.Compare to other brand name dispensers, this one is much cheaper but provide the same value.

Only wish with this machine is that it had an auto shut off feature. But, it’s not a deal breaker. I had a concern about how to clean hard water building up. Keeping the heat at max temp prevents buildup. But when you must clean, no scrubbing just use a little vinegar in a full tank and boil. When it cools, use the left over water as a part of a glass cleaning solution for mirrors and windows. Perfect! Do not scrub the inside. It’s stainless steel but it can scratch the coding. Otherwise, brilliant machine thus far and I will purchase again as a gift(s). Also, easy to operate, no complicated parts, and I usually consume all the water for daily hydration.

Product looks good and it does the job but it feels lighter and not as well made as the more established brands. Looks nice but not sure how long it'll last.
