Nice basic grill that cooks quite well, holds up well
I'm writing this review more of the manufacturer and support than of the item itself; I've just finished assembling it an have not cooked on it yet to be able to give feedback on the grill itself. I can say that the assembly takes a little while; I'm mechanically inclined and it was still over an hour. Once assembled, it's fairly sturdy, though certainly not dead solid feeling as with the grills that cost 10 times as much. For the price, I'd say it has decnt build quality, and for those who said holes didn't line up, I'd recommend installing all fasteners loosely in each step, making sure all align (it'll take some wiggling of parts sometimes) THEN tightening the fasteners. When I did that, I had no trouble getting things to align. My grill arrived with a bit of a beat up box; the manufacturer seems to ship those in the same boxes they would if they were going to the local big box store. That could be improved on, many Amazon sellers have figured out the shippers are gonna be rough, especially on the stuff that is overweight but forced on them by the deal they made to get Amazons business. These guys could benefit from a bit more protection in the box, even if they had to redesign packaging for Amazon sales. The main reason for this review is to give kudos to not only Amazon, but also to the manufacturer's parts service company. One of my cooking grids arrived broken, and a couple sheet metal parts were lightly dented. I probably should have stopped, and let Amazon send a replacement at that point, but I went ahead and assembled it, figuring I'd get the grid replaced. (I didn't care about the minor dents, I use my grill heavily, and they never stay beautiful for long) Amazon would have been happy to ship me a whole new grill and eat shipping on it and the return... but that seemed silly to me. I said I'd reach out to the manufacturer to get just the grid replaced....and the Amazon rep assured me that if there were charges for that, Amazon would refund me! So I called the number for parts from my owners manual, got a very helpful person on the phone at support, and within minutes he had a replacement part on its way to me under warranty, in exchange for a quick email to prove I'd bought the grill within 60 days. So... both Amazon and Nexgrill (parent company of Megamaster) take great care of their customers, and from the other reviews here, I look forward to a grill that should do a great job cooking my food evenly and with plenty heat and shelf space - this really is a LARGE grill - without costing what the shiny ones do, and reportedly, cooking more evenly at the same time. In a couple years, I'll know how well it lasted compared to my last one... a shiny big name brand that cost more than 5 times as much, and lasted only 2 or 3 years before parts started rusting away... like "stainless" burners. Sure I expect this one will show wear due to not being stainless exterior... but, I've grown tired of grills that look beautiful for 10 years after they quit working.( Am I the only one that wonders why big bucks grills can stay pretty on the outside for 15 years with no real TLC, but the guts die in a couple years?)Update, 11 months use.So had it a while, used it a lot. I keep it under a porch roof, roll it out to where there is clear sky above when I cook, don't put a cover on it. If I forget and leave it in the rain, the inside gets wet, washes greasy stuff into the grease pan, and overflows it, making a mess underneath.... it's big (plenty big enough for a dozen steaks, or 30 burgers), has plenty of heat, and heat is quite well distributed even compared to even far more expensive brands. The burners themselves are holding up very well after a year with no apparent rust or changes in the size of the flame holes (meaning still as even heat as when new). The lid, frame, and shelves are painted, not SS, and are doing better than I would have expected. There is some rust on the flame spreaders, and a good bit on the catch pan. However, those parts are actually removable, and could be replaced when needed... or someone more diligent than I could clean them more regularly. Grease is corrosive... I'd say overall, it's a great grill for the price, and I suspect, over a twenty year period, buying a couple of these will give me a much better overall grilling experience at less than a quarter the cost of big name more expensive models... especially as the burner life of my Weber Platinum SS, which cost WAY more than this, was less than 10 years.

Structions show numbers on parts but no numbers are on the parts except bolts
Not a bad grill for the price. Works like a $500 grill. But.....while assembling the grill together, the instructions show the numbers of the legs of the grill and the legs show no number stickers to tell you which is what. You literately have to guess and just use your common sense but anyone who is not good at assembling this will have a hard time figuring out which number is what part. Its rather lazy for the company to not put sticker numbers on them like most companies like shelves, etc. I have it assembled but had a rough time finding what leg for the grill was what. If it werent for the pictures in the instructions, i would have much more of a hard time. If the company is reading this, PUT STICKER NUMBERS ON THE LEGS. THERE ARE ONLY 4 LEGS, YOU ONLY NEED 4 STICKERS. WILL ONLY COST YOU A FEW BUCKS.

Best grill , brings the heat
Five burners, no fluff stuff!! Heats up extremely well, gets a great seat on my steaks yet adjustable enough for fish. Highly recommend this grill especially for the price. Assembly was easy but took some time. Mine arrived with a broken ignition switch but they sent me a replacement. Ignitor also hits on all five burners which is a huge plus when lighting the grill

Easy Assembly & Great Product!!
So my new grill was delivered yesterday! It was delivered before the expected time, and the packaging was in great condition and looked better than getting it from most box stores. All of the parts were packaged and protected for transport. The quality of the materials, in my opinion, is better than average. Most grills nowadays are very cheaply made and flimsy. I assembled the grill last evening, and it took about an hour and a half from start to finish. That was with me taking my time and following the easy-to-follow directions!! I did most of the assembly myself with some assistance from my wife when it was time for the installation of the grill portion itself. After assembly, I fired up the grill to burn off all the dust and stuff from packaging and shipping. The grill fired right up and reached temperature quickly. I didn't grill on it last night, but will be doing so this weekend!! Very happy so far with this product!

No Win Situation
A number of the reviews shared that assembly is a “snap”. I consider myself above-average-handy. While there’s nothing particularly difficult about putting this grill together, it does take a couple hours. As you can see it arrives in a million pieces, tiny screws and little parts. Buyer beware. The very last step of the process is to install the battery for the igniter. This is where I notice the plastic igniter was broken in shipping. I contacted the manufacturer and they sent me a new igniter. The instructions require disassembling most of the grill again to install the new igniter. So that means another hour or two of disassembly, and reassembly for something that’s the fault of Amazon or the manufacturer. I am extremely disappointed and angry. Returning the grill accomplishes nothing because I’ve already put time into assembling this piece of crap, and would have to do it again with another grill. If the igniter was made of metal, and not entirely plastic, this problem could have been avoided. No win situation.
