I used to go to the weight loss clinic for lipotropic shots and even when I ate bad I would still lose 1-2 per week. These drops are pretty good. I try to weigh myself weekly and so far so good. I ordered the drops March 26, 2018 and started using immediately. If you don't want to go to the clinic for this shot every week. This would be a good order.

Tastes horrible mixed with 4oz water, just plug your nose and drink...
Taken as directed, have not seen any visible results in three weeks of taking this product.

Sweeten your water with Stevia or use Flavored Sparkling Water (no calories)
You can mix with water or juice. I suggest water with a few drops of Stevia to sweeten & dissolve the taste of the lipotropic drops. I also used with sparkling flavored water (no calories) & could not taste the drops. It's only been a few weeks so don't know how it will work for me yet. Will post another review after a few months if taking the drops.
