Empava24" Electric Single Wall Oven with Basic Broil/Bake Functions Mechanical Knobs Control in Stainless Steel, 24 inch, Black

The media could not be loaded.  We bought this oven March 8,2019 for our new home we moved into on April 19, 2019. I made a frozen pizza in it on 400 degrees for 22 mins, then turned it off. As i stepped to the side to cut the pizza, the inside glass of this oven door exploded and shot glass across my kitchen. This would have been highly dangerous if my children were in the kitchen at the time. I contacted Amazon immediately and they issued me a full refund. I am pleased with Amazon, but I will never suggest this product to another person!

When replacing the odd-shaped wall oven in our house built in the 70s, I ended up doing a ton of research to find something that would fit and helped toward the more modern look we were going for, while trying to keep the price tag under $500. I was hesitant on purchasing this oven because of the lack of reviews and I didn't know much of anything about the Hyaki brand.I have been pleasantly surprised with the amount of function this oven provides, especially cooking with convection, and it really looks great with the rest of our new black/stainless steel appliances. My only complaint is that it seems to take longer than I would guess for a modern oven to reach 400°+. That said, we've cooked with it probably 3-4 times a week for the last 4 months and I'd trade the ridiculous price for other name brand wall ovens for waiting a few more minutes for the oven to warm up in a heartbeat.A couple random notes: The LEDs on the display are red, which is slightly weird given most I've seen are green. But, I really don't care. Also, the clock only seems to function in military time, which is also something we don't really care about but figured it was worth noting.

The front glass literally exploded. I had it for 6 months. I was making a oven pizza at 400 deg. It always took forever to heat up to temperature .....and then the door blew off.... NO KIDDING. This is going to hurt or burn someones house down !! Had my son been under this he would of been in real trouble . I had it mounted in a wall so the glass fell downward and was HOTTTTTT !!!! DO NOT BUY THIS FOR ANY REASON !!!

Overall for the price I am happy. Nice looking. It just took awhile to figure out I have to increase the temp. quite a bit in order to get things cooked!

It quit after 23 month! And we had to replace the ofen door too because it exploded out of nowhere!

I'm a contractor so I installed and bought this based on his preference. This is one of the best looking small oven I've come across in years.I will be buying more from this brand, maybe develop a design department in my company

Ive had thi fo 5 months now and it tryed to catch my house on fire and dont work now

It was all good until a heating element burned out.You cannot get replacement parts for an Empava.Not even a heating element which is going to fail in every oven!WILL NOT BUY AGAIN!!!
