crystals fall out
Not happy with hardware. Atlas won't stand behind this either. Had to re-glue several of the crystals. Wouldn't recommend this company. I just asked them to send a few add'l crystals since they were coming loose and falling out of the handle. That way if they got lost we'd have extra. They could not accommodate me. Terrible customer service. When you consider the price- totally unacceptable!
