yes,we have a warranty for the dry ice maker,it is 1 year and we have a warranty for the broken parts if it stop work because of our issues anyhow we will support you all the time ,no matter what issues it is please cantact with us with more details

the warranty of the dry ice machine is 12 month, We have sold so many products. Sometimes it is normal for some products to have problems, but it is a small probability event. We always replace new machines for customers in the shortest possible time.
