A friend recommended this for dog walks. I clip it to my belt with a large carabiner. Has an attached cup and is easy to pour from the slide closure. Perfect size to stay hydrated on long walks but not too heavy.

We use this water bottle on our doggy walks every day. Love that cup is attached and it’s high quality. Dogs of big and little can use. The only downside to this bottle is it’s odd shape and the fact it won’t fit in any water bottle holders (waist hip packs). Wish it was a little less wide at the bottom of the bottle. Overall would purchase again.

I rarely say I love a product. But this product is perfect for hikes and it is cost effective.

I've been looking for something like this for a long time. I wanted a water bottle that both my dog and I could drink from and this is it. The top has a piece that slides back allowing me to take a drink, or I can remove the "bowl" that fits onto the bottom of the bottle, and pour some water in the bowl for my furry friend. Great for long walks or hikes in hot weather. Also great for traveling long distances in the car. Just returned from a long road trip. I noticed that my dog was panting so I removed the 'bowl' from the bottom of the water bottle and poured some in for him. I used to just drink bottled water in the car, but that didn't help him. This is perfect.The only negative was the first few times I used it I had trouble getting the bowl to release, possibly because my hands are small. My husband had no problem with it. After I "practiced" I finally found the 'sweet spot' that allowed the bowl to release from the bottle, and by the end of the trip it was coming off very easily.Happy customer!

I got this for my brother after getting one for my own dog. It's very convenient and is water tight! Great for kayaking.

I love the Kurgo brand overall, but was disappointed to find they no longer make the "Palm bowl" that conveniently attaches to your dogs leash with a lid that screws off the top they can drink out of. So I purchased this bottle to replace it, but I was really looking for a much smaller solution. With that said, for an average or large size dog that drinks a normal amount (or a lot!) of water - this is a great bottle. It seems to be almost completely leak-proof, easy to clean, and very durable. I also love that Kurgo makes BPA-free products! I would say it's not 3 stars for me but really 3.5 stars out of 5, just because it's bigger than what I wanted. not the design I was looking for, and the lid that fits onto the bottom of the bottle can be difficult to remove quickly. But, compared to other bottles in the same exact style- I would give this bottle 4.5 star- minus half a star because of the lid being a little hard to get off. (Although we've only used it a few times so far and I imagine after regular use the lid will become easier to get off). My small poodle mix is only 17 pounds and tends to be a light water drinker, so this would be perfect for my use if it was 1/2, or better yet - 1/3 the size and attaches to a leash.

My dog loves this bottle and so do I! I was so impressed I ordered another for my dad and his dog. Normally mine refuses to drink while we walk or go anywhere which is terrible for her since she’s older (10 yrs). This is the first bottle or contraption she has liked and it has improved her water intake drastically when we walk. The bottle has been dropped several times and has been unaffected. It is easy to clean. It is not leak proof (as in don’t turn it upside down and hold it there) but I’ve never had any issues with it leaking while walking. I would definitely recommend this bottle for your doggos!

The bottle was really good until it wasn't - after using it two times, the lid fell apart after filling the bottle before going out. The lid is made up of different parts, with a spring-loaded valve which is pushed open by the sliding closure on top. That valve appears to be secured by a small plastic ring and it just popped out, with the components falling apart due to the spring action. I did put it back together but after testing the sliding closure it fell apart again. Straight into the bin after those 2 uses. Worthless and wouldn't recommend it, it's a failure waiting to happen. But if you do want to take a chance, I bought 2 so I'll gladly sell you the other 😆

The best water bottle yet. My 40lbs wheaten drinks out of the bowl easily. We have tried many others in his 5 year life. This one is a game changer because he can drink and so can I. Love the top. Easily hooks on my belt or treat bag with a clip. No dripping when closed.
