I don't write many reviews but I HAD to write a review about this. My home was on the market for 4 months with many showings. It had to have a certain buyer since this was a very small home with very small rooms. A friend told me to get a St. Joseph statue and follow the instructions about burying it in the front yard as it is supposed to help sell the home. That very day I ordered it. Next day it arrived (Thursday) and I buried it that night. THE NEXT DAY I RECEIVED AN OFFER ON MY HOME!!! I am still shocked. My home closed yesterday and I am so thankful that someone told me to do this and I had to share. If you need to sell your home - get this St. Joseph statue NOW.

We have bought a few of these for family and for ourselves through the years. They’re durable, come in a nice little bag with a card that explains the tradition of burying the statue by the for sale sign and then prominently displaying it on a mantle after the house has been sold, etc. Great gift and a fun little old-time tradition to take part, regardless of your religion.
