:: Update ::I'll update my review from 2 stars to 4. I was sent a new production of this product and the quality is a bit better. It seems like everything is the same but instead of the inside being a thin flimsy nylon-like material, is now a sturdier canvas similar to the outside. It does hold up better than before, but I've only had it less than a week. My worry with a canvas interior is that it will eventually pick up smells or possibly moisture from dirty laundry (definitely can't throw a damp swim suit or towel or sweaty gym shirt in here without other stuff underneath it). Canvas also isn't guaranteed to hold it's structure either, but so far it is an improvement over the last design and it's not expensive.One other thing, the handles were stuck to the printed letters on the outside when I opened it. I tried peeling carefully but some of the foam from the handle grips peeled off. There was also a sheet of paper (receipt or something) stuck to the other side's letters. I'll give them the benefit of the doubt and assume it was caused by my local weather (105 degrees).:: Original ::The pictures look good but it doesn't really look like that when there's a complete lack of structure. Yeah it stands up but it's pretty flimsy and doesn't even stay fully open. The middle divider is thin and curves to one side. When you throw a shirt in and it catches a side, the walls are thin enough that it'll just cave in under the shirt rather than holding up and letting the shirt fall in. It's also not that big. I thought it was comparable to my plastic hamper, but my plastic hamper hold 2-3 large loads of laundry while this one filled up but when I went to do laundry, it was barely a load (per side). The size is fine, it's not a major issue. My main disappointment is just the structure of this thing. Looks nothing like that that super boxy photo. It'll probably stop standing upright after a few months of use as the outer canvas fabric gets broken in and softens. Did they pad the one in the photo with cardboard or something?? I just noticed that towel hanging off the side. It 100% does NOT support a towel's weight. I think that qualifies as deceptive advertising.

The foam on the handles keep turning and the bag does flop over from time to time when less than half full. Works great in our camper bathroom but gets filled before we are back from the trip. Great quality fabric.

This bag will fit in small spaces or in closets, yet it also has the capacity to hold large loads of laundry. Comfortable easy to hold handles make carrying the basket easy for everyone. This works nicely for college dorms with separate laundry and for families carrying laundry to different floors. You'll love this bag and it's versatile uses.

It is sturdy, it can be packed full of clothes, the fabric doesn’t rip or fray, it holds its form, it takes her abuse and still looks relatively new months later. Excellent product!

Bought this for my daughter who is going to college. It's nice, seems sturdy, well made, and fits under her dorm bed. It's better than having the conventional hard plastic laundry baskets because this one can be pushed a little to fit something else beside it in a tight space. In dorm rooms, you have to go vertical to save space, not horizontal. You can't do that with conventional laundry baskets. The compartments inside are a little smaller than we thought. But on the flip side, it will make them do laundry a little sooner. Overall I think it's a good purchase and she likes it. This is good for one person. If you have more than that, you will need something bigger.

The size is perfect, the material is a heavy material that will last a long time, the handles are great for carrying, easy to fold up and store, or keep it up to throw your laundry in, it has a divider to keep cloths separated, I would definitely recommend this laundry bag.

I,wrote the review below, and the company refunded my money and sent an improved product. I’m very happy with this interaction. The newer product does not have the defective rods. Will definitely purchase from this company again.‘Nice design, but very bad engineering. It continuously falls apart and has to be reassembled. After months of fooling around with it, I just bought a different product to replace it.‘Each of the four corners is held up by a rod that fits through a cloth tube. The rods come in two parts to fit in the shipping container. You assemble them and slip them through the cloth tubes, but they can fall apart once when in place.‘The cloth tubes are closed by velcro flaps that do not hold the rods in place. The rods slip out, and the hamper collapses.‘ Might be OK to use the bag for something elsel . . . but don't expect it to sit upright and hold your laundry.‘This hamper received no hard or extraordinary use. It is utterly inadequate as a laundry hamper.’

I’ve been using this for a couple months. It’s well built and sturdy. The handles have foamy grips so it’s very comfortable to carry. The side pocket does fit a 64oz bottle of laundry soap. Great laundry bag.

This item was bought to replace an old wicker linen basket, which, to be honest, I was glad to see the back of. No more sore toes when walking round the bedroom either in the dark or half asleep.Nice neutral tone/colour blends in well with any decor, and it fits in nicely into the alcove where the old basket used to be, and unlike the basket, does not project out into the room. Holds a decent amount of laundry and it easy to carry to the washing machine.Cannot comment on sturdiness as it is still rather new. But build quality is great, no complaints there. Overall, a good, sensible purchase.

Love this laundry bag - I’ve been after one which separates out for a while, as sorting seems to be such a hassle. I took the plunge with this one and am really pleased with it.Quality of the bag is great - made of a good, thick, sturdy material with a liner. It looks stylish and has a large capacity - holding probably 2 loads each side. It’s easy to move around with the hoop handles so another plus there!As for the real test... could my teenage and tweenager sons think before they put something in the wash...? They have actually gone from chucking their washing wherever they felt like it to actually considering whether it’s a light or dark item and putting it in the right compartment! Wow - worth its weight in gold for that alone. Definitely recommend if you’re looking for a reasonable priced, high quality laundry bag - A+++++ from me.

I purchased to because I typically sort my laundry into 4 piles (not counting sheets and towels, which have their own storage area). Each section handles one load of laundry. I like to do one load at a time and days apart, and so I transfer a section into a net bag and leave these in place... so no moving around a big awkward bag (for a not so big person).I'd have given this a 5 star, because they are well constructed, handle a full load in each section, and are attractive, except that they do smell. Not as horrible as a lot of products that are sometimes almost rendered unusable or must be off gassed for months, but I didn't have to off gas these in the hall (out of the bedroom) for two weeks. The advert says totally non toxic. It's hard to trust that when something smells.

Good size, handy separate compartments for dark and light laundry, easy to pick up and move with a comfortable handle and neutral design. Pretty much stands up on its own when empty (stands up but looks a little baggy unfilled). Seems well made. Very pleased.

Didnt expect this to be as big as it is. Really good size. High quality and feels like its able to take a beating. Ten times better than a plastic basket.
