Rada Cutlery Cheese Knife – Stainless Steel Steel Serrated Edge With Aluminum Handle, Made in the USA, 9-5/8" - 4/10/23 - Images show serration grind on both sides but this is not true. Serration is on right side only. When cutting block cheese, the knife guides its self strongly to the left into the cheese block due to the single sided serration. It is impossible to achieve even cuts and requires constant correction of cutting direction not to cut wedges. As a personal preference, I learned that the aluminum handle is cold to the touch not as attractive as wood.

I buy chunks of cheese and slice it. This works perfectly ,sliding through and precise cutting everytime!

The only thing I do not like about the knife is the fact that it is geared to cut wedges. I just have to tilt it so I can cut straight pieces. I bought it in order to cut softer cheese without the cheese sticking so I am not complaining. I like the knife.

Have never loved a cheese knife or cutter before. This thing cuts cheese cleanly and easily. (Also fingers, so be careful).

We had one of these and the wife wanted more. They are good solid knives. Just do not put in dishwasher as it will discolor handle.

We live near a Rada outlet and my mother in law has this knife. I had to borrow it at a family party and really liked it so I got myself one. Sometimes I get burned with an Amazon order and get fake or substandard products but this one is the real deal. It cuts through the harder cheeses we like with no problems, feels sturdy, the blade doesn't flex, and the handle completely encases the blade shaft so there's no risk of separation. That may be different with the black handle though.I need to replace a few other knives and will check out this brand first when that time comes. I can't afford to be a knife snob so having a good quality option that isn't expensive is nice.

This is honestly the best knife I have ever owned. Not only is it great to slice cheese, but I use it for many other food items as well. I ordered a second one because I love it so much!

No more cheese sticking to knife, it just slides off. And it makes straight cuts.They do recommend hand washing, but not a big deal.

Best cheese knife I’ve ever bought!

This is a very sturdy knife, does a good job with hard and soft cheeses. We don’t particularly care for the machining on the metal handle but we are getting used to it and we use the knife every day.
