Perfect for easing snoring due to sleep apnea -Definitely Go With DIFINEY
I found the need to address my snoring, which is due to otherwise untreated, light sleep apnea. My sleep apnea is not bad enough for the doctor to treat, so I had to find alternative ways to try to ease my snoring.I have tried other types of treatment options, such as nostril tape, etc and was still shopping around.I got the idea to look into anti-snoring nightguards from an article that I read in a Consumer guide and started shopping around online.I found this one and decided to try it, as it was much better priced than others, such as sm*rt gu*rd.This also has the advantage of a unique design that allows me to use both an upper and lower guard simultaneously. These came with excellent written and well illustrated instructions, of how to prepare them for the Perfect Custom Fit, with their ability to hold the jaw slightly forward, which helped clear my partially restricted airway.Since the 2 guards lock together, it ensured that my mouth didn't open wide enough for them to fall out during the night.I tend to sleep on my side, so I was not bothered with extra saliva and that also prevents my mouth from opening much wider.I found that I finally had better rest over the last several nights, due to my new Difiney Anti Snoring Device Mouth Guards.I can happily say that you should Definitely Go With DIFINEY.

Very uncomfortable
This is by far the worst one I’ve purchased. It looked like it would be a comfortable fit, however it pinched my gums and held mouth wide open. It was as bad as a dental wedge. I didn’t last an hour. I have purchased dozens over the years and would not recommend this product.

Definitely worth the try!!
Dang, I didn't hear my wife snore ONCE last night! But then....then, I heard it. It was early morning. And all the joy slowly started leaving, slowly. I rolled over and looked at her mouth, she opened her eyes, and said, "What?" I said, "is it in your mouth?" And she said "I just took it out." AHA! The relief set back in!I was skeptical at first because this is a hard problem to fix. She bought that stuff (tape) you put over your mouth. Did nothing. We bought another mouth guard but it wasn't comfortable and wanted to make her gag. She ordered one a few days ago for like almost $200! with cleaner and all. (she's the gullible kind that these marketers prey on) So I saw this one and since it took 1 day to get here I thought why not try. And BOOM! (we'll be returning the other one!)No more "quick turns in bed", stimulating her foot with my foot, etc. to try and break the cycle. I used to raise my leg up and let it drop on the bed, but that was too obvious and earned me some remarks lol But alas....the solution is here. I'm stoked!Edit: The wife told me that it isn't all that comfortable, but it says it is supposed to "get" more comfortable with time. I'll update on that.

Too big
Bought this for my husband. He hates it. Cannot close his lips, feels like it opens his mouth too far, only wore it for two nights, and got a sore in his mouth. he tossed and turned all that night, said he felt sleep deprived. Refuses to wear anymore.Plus side, he didn’t snore.

Dry mouth and jaw ache but no snoring
This is my first time using a snoring guard so I admit i don't really know what I'm doing. However, the instructions were very clear and forming the dental impression process was simple. The guard is made of a soft material that is comfortable in the mouth. This guard does not let your lips close around it, meaning that it's easy to accidently drool. This device has a nice air hole in the front for mouth breathing but that was a problem for me. Unfortunately, the combination of having your mouth stuck slightly open, lots of air flowing in, and no ability to close your lips to control the moisture in your mouth, I woke up with extreme dry-mouth. My tongue felt like leather lol. My wife said I wasn't snoring so I guess you take the good with the bad.Another flaw is the bite setting. It is adjustable for positioning your lower jaw. As per instruction I set it to zero (neutral position). When i woke up, the device had shifted to -2 which gives you an over-bite (not a natural position for myself). I guess I had bit down and changed it as a slept but I woke up with a slight jaw ache.I will use this guard for several more days to see if my opinion or efficacy changes.

They really do work, but you need to be careful molding it
Important: To those buying this product don't do the mistake I did. When in the molding process do not bite hard. If you bite hard during that process, you will lose cushion for your teeth, and your teeth will hurt because you will be biting the hard plastic.I brought this because I was at a point where I was waking up with headaches and feeling without energy. I went to a sleep doctor and I was told I was not on the threshold for a machine. I search online everywhere trying to find a solution until I came to this product. I saw that it had a lot of Amazon vine review and almost all of them where positive. I know that for the most part vine members do a good job of giving honest reviews so I have this a try. This is the best solution to snoring and I been feeling great and my wife has been able to also sleep peacefully. Also the customer service is really great. They sent messages to me to help with the molding process, and also if I needed a new one if I messed up. Haha and I did mess up as stated on the message above, and they were able to send me a replacement free of charge.

Not for nose breathers
Super bulky and uncomfortable. My mouth got super dry from being forced to breath out of my mouth. It may have moved my jaw forward and stopped me from snoring when I could actually sleep. I would not recommend if you're not a mouth breather.

Pass
Doesn’t work. Doesn’t fit. Painful to try to wear. Their customer service keeps messaging. Upside: they are responsive. Downside: they keep messaging asking how it works and I’ve already told them it doesn’t. Kinda annoying.
