I have to change the moleskin every couple of days. Still getting used to it.

Theae seem to work better some days than others, so I'm wondering if they're just not cushiony enough for my problem.They do stick very well though! Just make sure to wash the area you're going to stick them on and dry it well first. They last me all the way through work (I'm on my feet all day) and into the night if I leave them on that long. Not sure about two whole work days.They are quite sticky so taking them off could be painful if you have thin skin, would recommend taking them off in the shower or something to ease the process.

I don't agree with the other reviews. They are very sticky and have stayed on my feet through showers when I've forgotten to remove them. I would not recommend for blisters as they will pull the blister skin off. But for rubbing, hot spots, etc. they work great. I'm ordering a 2nd pack. East to peel off the paper .

These stick like there is no tomorrow . After a shower they have to be removed. Adds real cushion for my hubby's bunion and comfort when wearing work boots.

When removing pad it leaves the area of the bunion very sticky.

They will not come off after a few hours of wearing them, in fact when I do replace them they are still stuck well to my foot...they also have great padding..

I actually use these on my hand bc my bones hurts from holding my crochet hook. People this was a game changer for me I can crochet for unlimited hours and these pads provide me the cushion I need
