After 5 months still works great.
After 5 months still works great. Written by a former plumber and builder with over 15 years and a few hundred faucets experience.Pros: Easy installation compared to similar faucets. Price is very hard to beat. Surprisingly sturdy for its plastic construction.Cons: its plastic faucet. But, at this price point good luck finding a metal one of this quality. Your kitchen faucet is the single most used faucet in a typical home. This one has held up great for 5 months of family use. My concern is for its life time. Given the construction I think it will be easily 3 years or more, but not decades like a high end Moen or Delta. Since the finish is plastic, care must be taken cleaning it . No soft scrub or other abrasive cleaners, a sponge and dish soap & water has worked just fine.So if your budget doesn't permit a traditional faucet that now is in the $200 or more range, this is a compelling and high value choice. I think it is worth more than what I paid for it, especially compared to other faucets in the price range.

plastic
after reading the reviews about this product I must say I ordered it because it was plastic i've lived in my home about 45 years we have very hard water where I live and it corrodes the plumbing very badly about 20 to 25 years ago I needed to replace a bathroom faucet because they only seem to last about five more years and will be eaten up with corrosion went to Home Depot and at that time approximately 20 years ago they had a plastic very cheap faucet on sale was about five or six dollars them that cheap faucet made of plastic is still there and working fine also looks beautiful sis then I have always replaced any of my plumbing needed to be replaced with plastic parts I never have to replace them again because of corrosion so if you have a corrosion problem with your plumbing please consider plastic it will make you happy I have not received my faucet yeah they require me to give a star rating obviously I don't know what that will be so I'll just make it a four for now

This product was not at all what I expected and the way it was described was quit misleading. Be forewarned this faucet is PLASTIC not metal. It was described as being brushed nickle and implies the faucet will be metal. For 60.00 dollars I was expecting a metal faucet and was very surprised when my husband said it was plastic. So far it seems to be durable and well made , but we will see how well this faucet functions in the long run. The description should tell you up front that the faucet will be plastic I was looking for a metal faucet and would have continued looking for another faucet had it been stated clearly that it was plastic.

great value, good quality
I was nervous about this because of the plastic construction and low price. I figured that because it was low in price, it must not be very good. But this was exactly the style I was looking for, and had all the features I was looking for, and it fit my sink. So I gave it a try. I'm glad I did. When I opened the box and saw all the various pieces I'd have to assemble, I had a lil bit of an anxiety attack! "Oh schnitzel," I thought, "this looks complicated." But you know what? It turnt out to be fairly easy. The instructions could have been a little better, and because it's manufactured in Israel I think there were some minor translation errors. But it all went together rather easily. The only trouble I encountered was when I did a few things incorrectly, not following the instructions. Once I referred back to the instructions and realized "oh yeah I'm not supposed to tighten down this part yet" and "oh yeah that's right I was supposed to screw these threaded rods in first, wasn't I?", things went smoothly. As far as form fit and function, this beauty is a treasure. It's wonderful to look at, and operates smoothly and easily. And even though it's plastic, it has a good quality feel about it. In fact the plastic design has its advantages: it will be easy to replace once the time comes. My old faucet was difficult to remove, for instance, because it was so rusted. I couldn't get it out without breaking it. Whereas this all-plastic design is a breeze to screw on and screw off. In fact I was disappointed installation was so quick and easy because I wanted to play with it some more. Putting it in was fun!Only thing I'm not sure about is how well it's going to hold up over time. But as of right now, I couldn't be happier.

Looked perfect, but arrived broken!
Arrived broken. Once installed water came out everywhere around the faucet. Turns out the hose permanently attached inside the base of the unit was either broken or not fully attached. There was no way to open it and fix it. So it's now at the dump!

Good looking affordable faucet
I ordered this faucet to use it with a Numerär sink from IKEA as a laundry sink. Unfortunately, the product description didn't contain information regarding the sink cutout size. It turned out that the faucet didn't fit through the IKEA sink cutout (3.5 cm), cut with the IKEA provided tool. The faucet seems like a well made product, it even has hoses attached (separate buy with many other faucets). So given the above caveat, I'd recommend the faucet based on quality and price. The finish is like metal, and only close inspection reveals that it's made from a high grade plastic.Edit: The seller waived the restocking fee when I called them to return the item. Happy about this, since they clearly stated a restocking fee.

Where are they?
After 4 years, this good faucet began to have restricted flow. The material that came with it says to contact them "at the address listed below". No address is shown. The info on Amazon touts their free 800 number, but it is nowhere to be found. Does Amazon have contact information?

Close but not quite there
I've had this for a while now... and I really liked it at first, but it has a very slow leak somewhere in the base, the pull out part doesn't like to stay pointed exactly downward because the hose wants to pull it a bit to the left, the hose tends to kink, and once you switch to the sprayer mode you have to turn the faucet off to switch back to normal flow.
