I've been told for years to try Vaseline & socks at night for dry cracked heals. That didn't appeal to me and sounded messy. But these (along with Kerasal ointment) are amazing! For the first time in my adult life (and wearing sandals) my heals are not rough, dry & cracked. Between treatments I use a callous removerer which helps a lot. If you get into the routine of using these socks, the ointment and a callous removerer you should get similar results.

My husband is actually using these at night and is pleased that they are comfortable and working.

Perfect to get my heels back into shape after the dry winter months

These are quality stitching and fabric with a thick layer of gel plastic over the heel to hold in moisture. They are apparently not traditionally washable and aren’t meant to be walked around in. I put them in right before bed and they work as hoped with some lotion. My only gripe is I wish they were looser- I have slightly larger than average female feet and they do leave indentations in my skin. I plan to wash them in cold water because not washing socks is not a real option.

I love these things. If you put lotion on your heels for a couple of nights wearing these your cracked heels go away. Use them all the time in the winter.

Second set purchased for my husband - he loves them!

Have several different brands of heel socks but these feel a little tighter, but they work. I recently found that they work for blisters too. Had a small blister on both heels. Added some lotion to the silicone pad and added a blister bandage over the blister and wore another pair of socks on top and found that they became less painful as thee heels glide along the silicone pad rather than rub against the socks or shoes. Made walking less painful.

I bought this with a heel salve and wore both overnight. It solved my cracked heel problem over just two nights. Highly recommend.

Put these on before I go to bed with a foot lotion by morning my feet are really soft, very comfortable to wear best thing I've used to prevent my cracked heel reappearing.
