Suave Professionals Hair Serum, Split End Rescue, 3 Ounce

I dont know if sauve discontinued this line, but I'm managed to buy up the shampoos and conditioners at a discount retailer in order to resupply when I run out so I dont have to go searching and paying more than $1.50 for them. The serum was a different story. I had to look on Amazon, and while the price is a bit steep, it's well worth the health of my hair. I have tried similar brands that supposedly do the same thing, (I'm looking at you Gliss and your horrible smell), but my hair kept breaking. So I'm sticking to this, until I can no longer find it.

It has a relatively inoffensive odor, but I prefer unscented products. But the special ingredient that glues split ends back together, a poly-electrolyte complex made from Polyquaternium 28 and PVM/MA copolymer, doesn't seem to be available in any unscented products. (Read The Beauty Brains blog forum for more info about this ingredient.) This is billed as a split-end mender, but the same mechanism seems to glue down the scales that produce frizzy hair. My hair looks smoother, darker, and shinier when I use this. It doesn't hold hair, so I use it first, then use a styling product.

It smells amazing!!! It’s hard to tell if it really helps with spilt ends but it helps with frizz so I love using it

I was very worried about the product being over priced for the amt and not working on my hair. To my surprise this product goes a very long way, it’s lightly scented and makes hair very soft, and shinny without making it oily or weighing it down. So far I am super happy and will be using the product for as long as I can find it.

I Really like the scent of this hair serum, I was a Everyday user of a different Suave product that has apparently been discontinued, so in search of a replacement I came across this serum, and I'm Pleasantly surprised. My Hair feels soft and a bit thicker after using.

UPDATE...tried today and it made my hair feel better than it has in years. Hope it continues.Can't wait to try but when you tape NONSENSE on the ingredients and directions THAT IS RIDICULOUS because the whole label comes off. Now I am unsure how to use it

Used this to help with damaged hair. went on without being too greasy.

I love this stuff. My hair drinks it like water. Both I and my stylist have noticed a huge difference in my hair’s health since I started using it. Used to be cheaper in stores but I can only find it online now.
