Wood Lock Medicated Oil from Solstice Medicine Company 1.7 Oz - 50 ml Bottle

Some time ago I purchased a bottle of this medicated balm. I didn't need it at the time, but thought it would come in handy for some future ache or soreness.Recently I've had shoulder and neck stress pain that seems to be a trapezius muscle issue. I had almost forgotten my bottle of Wood Lock oil. Then I remembered and began to rub it in, not just when I go to bed, but sometimes through the day. It has really helped ease the pain a lot. It hasn't gone away, but is bearable with this stuff. I use my bare hand as I figure it must also be good for my hand. :) However, I wash my hands good so as to not forget and rub my eyes.When you rub it on it burns a little at first, but don't worry, it's a "hurts so good" feeling that doesn't last long. And I actually love the camphorated oil scent. (should also help with a cold as it opens up the sinuses)As if this oil isn't good enough for its intended purpose, the bottle is a gem! You won't want to throw the bottle away. A jewel far nicer than an outhouse dig bottle.I'm about to hit the sack and I can't wait to use my oil.Kay

I work as a CNA and trust me you get the aches by just lifting and moving people. I came home one day with some major pain on my arm, back and shoulder and decided to use it from a relative who mentioned they used it for muscle aches. Well I will tell you it worked really well over night. After two days of using this stuff I was back for round two of a long night. The wood Lock uses essential oils that helped me to heal a lot more quicker. Definitely a product worth buying. For many Americans don't knock it till you try it. Many of American medicine derive from Chinese medicines so just to let you know the Chinese make some good stuff. You just need to know what you are buying that's all. I bought this wood lock oil after careful review of authenticated Amazon user comments. Delivery was less than 2 weeks, which was a pleasant surprise as it arrived from Hong Kong through via mail! I tried it on my wife's shoulder and neck which were in pain after hard gym workouts. Massaging the oil in the affected areas brought real relief within a few massages. The strong but pleasant smell appeared to help its " healing" effects, as in you could smell that something was helping in relieving the pain. The oil massages into the skin with almost no grease /oil effect after massage. The oil in this product is just enough to massage without need for additional oil, it massages very easily. The only (!) attention needed is in carefully washing your hands afterwards, but that is expected. Have been using tigerbalm for decades but this product works better and without stain clothes.

This product is amazing. I've used it several times on my knees and calves for painful soreness due to past injuries. I dab several drops from the bottle around the painful area and gently rub it in for about 10 seconds. It has a strong medicine odor, similar to wintergreen, but not unpleasant. At first I thought this wasn't doing anything. However,after about 10 minutes it produces a pleasant warm feeling similar to a heating pad on a low setting. It relieves the pain and relaxes the muscles. I've tried several products similar to this but this is the best pain relief oil I ever used. I've used it several times after exercising and it's great relief every time. The bottle is large enough that this can last for months. All you need is a few drops because it's very strong. I definitely recommend this if you have muscle or joint pain.

This product is awesome, my wife was in an car accident which broke her collar bone and had a few blunt force trauma injuries to several parts of her body. I purchase Wood Lock recommend by a Chinese International student staying at our home. I was a bit skeptical but after a few days massaging my wife's collar bone area and other parts of her body she told me that this product was actually relieving the pain. I saw a vast improvement in the pain areas now she is back to work after a month off from work and with no pain medication during the period just Wood Lock Medicated oil. I even got a bottle for my daughter who is on her University Dance team to rub her sore muscles after practice.

This pain reliever is Amazing! A little goes a long way. It’s a great value too!

My first experience with Wood Lock was with my Accupuncturist, the oil I purchased from her was darker and smelled somewhat different than what I received. I was disappointed it wasn't the same. But, it's much better than the one I purchased at a Hong Kong store, different brand of oil, different name, that one is one I would not use unless I absoutely had to. If you can find out why there is a difference from what I first purchased and this purchase I would appreciate a respond. Has it to do because it was through an Accupuncturist. Thanks Agnes ReedP.S. If you have muscle ache, this medical oil gives a soothing, warm feel. It smells good too!I use it to massage my spouse's tired feet, hip, and back after her day's work. It feels warm when rubbed, compared to the other B***** brand which feels cold when rubbed. I would definitely go with this brand.I was so surprised that Amazon carries this brand! It is from Hong Kong. The bottle is wrapped in plastic, and the case has laser logo etched to help buyers identify the genuine product.
