Colour not as shown
I agree the colour is a lot darker than shown which disappointed me as I really wanted that vibrant orange as shown in the photo here. Having said that, it is still a nice spread even though it doesn't quite match the bedding I bought to go with as a result. It is indeed more dull red than orange so anyone thinking of buying bear it in mind.

Colour doesn’t quite match image
The colour is darker than expected. More reddish than orange. It also had a horrible chemical smell that only disappeared after the second wash. No washing instructions so had to use my own judgement

This is a very vibrant bed spread that is well crafted and looks beautiful on my bed.
