WAY too small! I bought a small adult (which I hoped would be way too big for my big-footed 6-year-old) and it turned out to be an inch too short! Three stars for customer service, though. They promptly refunded the money and didn't make me ship back--I passed the slippers on to a friend's three-year-old.

Didn't like the material, bit large (I got a small, I wear a women's 5 or a youth's 4)(youth shoes are cheaper, don't judge me). Nice customer service and shipped faster than expected so that's good.

Ordered an Adult M, looks like I received a Child's M and they are not as fuzzy as they look in the photo. It took over a month to receive the product.

size was a little smaller than the US sizes listed but material is nice and overall very cute, my daughter wanted a pair for house shoes and i should have gotten a size larger
