Awesome, easy to use leash for our dog. Slips on quickly and works effectively to help control our dog. It’s sturdy construction will hold up well for years.

This is the second one I’ve purchased, and these are great leashes. They’ve been wet, chewed on, and dragged a lot, and they are still in great shape. It’s really nice not to have to keep a collar on my pup or look for one when it’s time to walk or train. Just grab the slip leash and go.

Good leash for training and volunteer work in dog shelters. When not using it, it easily fits in my pocket.

My small dogs don't enjoy wearing a slip-lead type of leash and shake/jerk their heads when this is on. (No, I don't pull harshly on it.) They also don't like having things pulled over their faces. Perhaps it's because they are used to wearing body harnesses in the summer, but for a quick on/off, I wanted this type of leash. The product is made well and is light-weight, which is nice since my dogs are small (less than 15 pounds) and I don't want to make them wear heavy/cumbersome leashes.

Just received it but seems to be of good quality and length for my 65lb Labrador.

This Slip lead is perfect for training my medium size dog who thinks he's a huge dog! It took several days for him to "get it" and now he really likes the confidence the lead instills and now he can relax and enjoy his walks. It's made a big difference in his big/little dog attitude. The material doesn't bother his skin and the bright orange is perfect! I would highly recommend this lead if your dog needs dog walking training.

I bought this leash (3) over the years. Had to order another one. The latest l ash is half the rope size. Feels cheap. Disappointed.

A great leash to replace metal choke chain. My Lab's favorite for neighborhood walks. Material remains soft even after being caught in rain. Decided to get the 3/8 inch after I saw 1/2 in. version and I believe it will be plenty strong for her, when the pup is grown. The color accents my Chocolate Lab very nicely. Now I wish I'd gotten the 6 ft. lead also

I have struggled with my Toy poodle (15Lbs) pulling, walking ahead of me, and lunging at other dogs in excitement. I was hesitant to try this product as I thought it would not resolve my issues, but I was surprised at the outcome.Does it work?The short answer is yes, but it will not work over night. I watched a few YouTube videos on how to properly use the lead. This is a tool used to help correct and train your dog to walk properly on a lead. My dog has showed so much progress with not pulling most of the time, not jumping at other dogs, and just calmly walking with me, that I purchased a second slip lead for my second dog. The slip lead has not completely fixed the problem, but it is still a work in progress.Comfort and fitIt’s very easy to put on, it slips right over my dogs neck and then is secured into place by a little leather locking mechanism.It will take some getting used to for your dog since it will tighten up if they want to walk ahead or pull on the lead. My dog adjusted after about the first 15 minutes on our walk.I was afraid my dog would slip out of the lead, but surprisingly it is difficult for them to actually get loose since the lead will tighten up if they resist or try to go in the opposite direction.QualityFor the price, I am happy with the quality of the lead. It has a nice bright color which makes it easy to find. Sometimes the lead will get twisted and it will cause it to bind up. At this point I’ll have to stop and untwist it to properly walk my dog. I have confirmed that it is due to the cheaper material that was used because my second lead which was purchased from a local Pet store does not have this issue.

This would be a perfect slip lead if the adjustment tab was non slip, very similar to the push button tabs on most mesh bags but more heavy duty.Slip leads in dog training (I assume this is why most people are buying these things, to train their dogs) must sit securely in the rook of your dogs neck, right beind their ears be effective.Unfortunately here, due to the design of the adjustment tab, the lead loosens and slides down the dog's neck. If this is not adjusted each time, the lead becomes not only ineffective for training, but also dangerous to the windpipe.The temporary solution I have found is to put an overhand knot behind the adjustment tabs. Tying and untying knots on this type of microfilamented rope will ruin it eventually. Sucks for me.
