Turmeric Curcumin Extract in Healthy Black Seed Oil (60 Capsules), Highest Amount of Curcumin, Fully Absorbed, Anti-Inflammatory, Natural Immune Support

I was a regular user of Turmeric Powder capsules, but was very concerned with the absorption of Turmeric Powders. I agree powders are cheap, but who wants to take cheap stuff if it is not metabolized by body. I made the switch to liquid Turmeric curcumin softgels after my doctor convinced me. Apparently only 20 percent of Turmeric Powder is absorbed by body. Even if bioperine or other things like ginger are added, Turmeric Powder is not absorbed by body. Bioperine is from black pepper and occasionally it gave me heartburns. Does that mean 80% of the capsules are getting expelled by the body? Yes.I was hesitant to switch from powder because I was not sure whether the doctor was getting paid to push this liquid curcumin extract softgels. However, he didn’t try to sell anything to me and I felt good. You might have noticed nowadays all doctor’s office has something they will try to sell. I did some research and found couple of Turmeric Curcumin softgel brands. One was super expensive, almost double of what I paid for Natural Health Turmeric Curcumin Extract in Black Seed Oil. I don’t care about Black Seed oil, but I believe the oil has tons of beneficial effects on body, especially during the current scary times.After using the Turmeric Curcumin Extract softgels I am definitely feeling better. The body pains that were there when I wake up in the morning has reduced. The lethargic feeling has gone away. The body feels less inflamed than before. I believe it is due to the better absorption of Curcumin, maybe Black Seed Oil also. I believe Natural Health Turmeric Curcumin Extract is a better option than Turmeric Powders. It has 800 milligrams of Curcumin per serving, powders have less than 200 mg. Don’t get fooled by the advertisement of thousands of milligrams of Turmeric powder; those are not Curcumin; those are just powder which won’t be absorbed by body. I will continue using this brand for a few more months and I will update the review if anything changes.

I waited until my mother finished the first bottle of Turmeric Curcumin before writing the review. She had stiffness and joint pain all over her body. After a couple of days of taking this turmeric supplement, she did see a big improvement. Now after a month her pains have significantly subsided, and mobility has increased. She is now able to climb the stairs and move around without much effort. Overall I see improvement in her health and mood. Some of her friends also have started taking this Turmeric supplement after seeing the improvement.

Be careful to read the entire label...I did not, and I thought that each capsule had 1300mg...it is per serving...2 capsules! So I thought I was buying 4 months worth...instead I was getting only 2 months for the amount that I take! There is another company that supplies a 5+month amount for just a few dollars more!

Quality product at a good price. I have purchased a myriad of various brands to test their effectiveness.

The seller has changed this product. Look at the bottle You ordered previously and compare to this new item. Different packaging, different formula and half the number of capsules. Any reviews here may apply to previous product or this smaller package reformulation.

So far I have not noticed much difference in my health.

My apologies but I’m just going to be direct, even though it may be TMI for some of you. I couldn’t take these for more than a week because the very foul gas they caused made me quit and throw them away!

I wish this helped my joint pain but didn't see any difference.
