I bought this slip on exhaust for my 2015 Honda CTX700 DCT after finding that the stock exhaust on the bike simply did not match the sound I was looking for. The stock exhaust was too silent, and I was after a louder tone, for both rider safety and for style. I wanted people to be able to hear me on the road as I was passing them so they would know I was there and not change lanes into me on the highway. Needless to say, this exhaust went far beyond my expectations for the price.This is a simple slip on exhaust, so it was very easy to install with just a few hand tools. I was able to get it on in 30 minutes est. Once it was on and everything was tightened up, I gave it a cold start, and the sound blew my mind. My bike now has a loud, throaty sound at idle, and is very loud under acceleration. This is exactly what I was looking for. The box comes with a sticker with the phrase "Loud and Alive".If you're looking for an exhaust slip on that takes your motorcycle from tame to alive, without breaking the bank, this is definitely a great choice.

I'm not sure how much more fun I've had for so little cost. The exhaust pipe arrived at my door a week earlier than estimated which was awesome. The pipe included what I assume are instructions, but since this is a slip on pipe and I am the typical male, I didn't need no stinking instructions! Install went smoothly. The only issue I had was my stock mid-pipe/header pipe was too close to center line and I had to use a pry bar to move it out to the side more. The pipe was rubbing on my swing arm and took off some of the high dollar paint on the pipe. After a very easy pipe persuasion to the side, my new Radiant Cycles Shorty GP Exhaust pipe no longer hits the swing arm.As for the sound of this little guy, it packs a BIG bark and sounds sweet! It even makes your balls swell two sizes just by installing it! I get looks wherever I go now. I'm not sure if they are guys and gals who are jealous of my loud and slightly obnoxious Radiant Cycles Shorty GP Exhaust, or they are annoyed by it. Either way, I don't care. It is LOUD and brings a grin to my face, so screw all the haters! Freakin' love this $60 mod to my cool little commuter 2014 Honda CB500X. It doesn't sound as good as a MV Agusta F4/Brutale (my last bike) or a Ducati 1299 Panagale, or even a Honda RC51, but it sounds good to me!

In the past i had a cbr500r with a coffman shorty installed. This is a cheap alernative and hopefully won't fade in color like the coffman did. Fits and sounds great on my cb500x. I did leave the baffel in it but kansas does not have noise restrictions. Good deep low tone and back pops.

I swapped for the stock exhaust on my cb500F, which as many note is pretty boring and extremely quiet.This exhaust sounds drastically better. Louder, more character and some crackles on deceleration. I found the stock form to be a touch too loud for me. It's not absurd, the 500 series has a resonator that tones down the volume anyways, but I reccomend an exhaust silencer for $8 so it's not annoying to others and yourself at low speed.If you're curious how loud this is, take your stock muffler off, that's pretty much it.

Such a great product. Easy instructions and install. Looks 100X better than the stock exhaust. If you want to be heard and look slightly cooler- buy this slip on, it’s a rad addition.

Fell off on road and I had 2 clamps on it

Loud at idle and even louder at higher RPMs. This exhaust is essentially a custom straight pipe , I personally felt a slight change in drive ability. You need to get it on a dyno to really see if there is a power loss. None the less great exhaust with a very loud tone.

Fits perfectly on the CB500X, 5 min to install, and everyone will hear you coming!

Does the job when talking about noise, but the clamp that comes with it is very weak, when tightening it breaks and I had to buy a good one to have the job done!

The media could not be loaded.  Best bang for your buck right here. This packs such a big punch on my bike. Love the sound when revving, idling and really love the crackles. Customer service was also swift in their responses and solutions to solve my issues with shipping.
