Packing Power in Pink – A Backpack That Actually Fits My Life
I received the Taygeer Vacuum Backpack in pink and, frankly, it’s been a pleasant surprise on my recent travels. The vacuum seal feature is more than a gimmick—it actually lets me compress clothes and fit in far more than I expected, which is a lifesaver when I want to avoid checking a bag. I managed to pack for a four-day trip, including my 17-inch laptop, gym shoes, and even a rain jacket, all in this one backpack. The compartments are thoughtfully designed, with a dedicated shoe section and a padded laptop sleeve that kept my gear organized and protected. The rain cover came in handy during a sudden downpour, and the bag wiped clean easily afterward. For example, on my last trip, I used the vacuum feature to fit in extra shirts and a puffer jacket, then zipped it up and slid it under the airplane seat with no trouble. One thing to note: compared to some pricier competitors, the shoulder straps aren’t quite as robust, which might matter if you’re hauling heavy loads every day. For my needs, though, the comfort and value more than make up for it. All in all, this backpack has handled everything I’ve thrown at it—literally and figuratively—and I’m happy to keep using it for my travels.

Lacks instructions for vacuum
My wife says, "I travel frequently for work and my backpack has to hold my gear and fit under the airline seat. Since I don't have access to a vacuum in the hotel, I can't really take advantage of the vacuum feature. Well, maybe I could, but there are no instructions on how to use it. I do like that this has an expansion zipper presumably to zip it down after vacuuming the air out, and it is just as handy after squishing excess air out by hand. The outside pockets seem to all be the same size so it's hard to remember what is stored where and makes keeping organized a bit tricky ('I know my wallet is in one of these... well, there's my chewing gum and pens, and there's my ring light...') and there's no open-top pocket for my soda bottle. There is a little cord port on one outer pocket, which is nice, and another one seems to be insulated, but it's too small to hold anything larger than a cell phone. Could be great for meds that need to be kept cold, I guess."

Indispensable travle bag!
I have to say, this is one of the coolest designs I've ever come across! I really wish all suitcases were made like this! It totally reminds me of those space bags you see on TV where you pack a ton of stuff, suck out all the air, and they become super flat. I use those bags all the time at home, so when I spotted this backpack, I couldn’t contain my excitement!I often travel to Florida to visit my daughter, and I’m not a fan of checking luggage. But, I have to admit, I usually end up packing way too much. When this backpack arrived, I was eager to see how much I could fit in it and vacuum seal it. You won’t believe how much I managed to squish into this pack and make it flat—it totally amazed me!If you're looking to carry a lot without the hassle of checking luggage, this bag is just perfect! It’s designed as a carry-on and surprisingly holds so much! I’m so excited about it that I’m planning to get one for each of my family members for Christmas. And just a heads-up, the quality is fantastic!

Holds far more than you think.
I have seen a bag like this all over social media and I really wanted one. My wife and I like to travel and one of us likes to pack more than the other. With more and more bags charging for bags this allows us to pack a lot more in a lot less bags. This is a perfect carry-on bag. The build quality is very good. Strong zippers, the vacuum portion seems strong and holds a vacuum. The material seems to be strong. My wife and I were surprised by how much it can hold. With a bit of Tetris and soft items like clothes we were able to get the bag to vacuum down a lot. Both of us were surprised how much it was able to hold!! Would definitely be getting another one.

Best "personal item" for flying!
I travel 10-12 times a year, and I've tried several different backpacks under plane seats, and none ever fit the bill. I'm super excited to use this one though. It's great quality, and it's the perfect size and shape to go under the seat. The outer pockets are a good size, and they're easy to access so you can get to things you use on the plane. I love the color pink, but I was afraid it would be too pink. It is actually perfect. Like a pale dusty pink. The insulated drink pocket on the side is great. You can get a cold drink after going through TSA, and it will stay cold until you board the plane. The number one draw with this bag is the vacuum space bag interior! I always use space bags when I pack, so this is just the best!

Wow, this is amazing!
This is a well-built and thoughtful bag. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is you have to buy your own vacuum pump for it. I picked up a $10 rechargeable pump about the size of a Coke can (actually, a little shorter). That way you can pack it in the bag in case TSA makes you unpack or you need to pack in a hotel room. Here's how it works. Ther is one chamber that is air tight. A very thick rubberized zipper closes that compartment. You stuff it full and then use the air pump to remove the air just in that chamber. Then you pack your regular things in the rest which is just a normal backpack. Works great. Also like the shoe compartment, the built-in lock, and the pockets for cold drinks, wet items, and a phone (with an earbud hole -- I use a battery there and let the charge cord out the hole). What I don't like: No instructions! Makes more sense if you come back here and look at the pictures. There were instructions for resetting the lock, but that's all. You have to unpack half the bag to get to the sealed part and the port to suck the air from. Not a big deal, but still. I had to hunt for the rain cover. It is in a little compartment at the very bottom. Thoughtfully, it is leashed to the bag, so you can't remove it by accident. There is also a D ring inside the unsealed compartment that I don't know what it is there for.
