Bed Bug Killing Steamer & Cleaner

Nozzle hose attachment broke, can't do anything about it now since I can't use it anymore. Wasn't able to use the steam as much since the hose attachment broke. So I don't know if the steam was even hot enough to kill bedbugs

I bought this unit and in literally just the third use the hose broke it was leaking steam and hot water from every where. Also the lid to close the water tank is very poor quality it closes tight only once in every two tries. Overall a very shoddy equipment I agree with previous user I waited for 15 mins after reading the instruction manual and it gave out hot steam but only for few seconds after that it was again cold. Definitely not as effective as it say Please be informed about flaws before considering buying this product

I think its a decent steamer but I dnt think it gets as hot as they say it does, I had a few bedbugs & I put the steamer right over it & it didn't kill it instantly like it shld hv if it really get 285 d.& dnt like that they only offer a 3 mth warrenty.that tells me they dnt believe in their product. They were nice enough to send me a replacement attachment after I accidentally stepped on it & broke it.
