A little too costumey for my purpose but was able to make it work. It's definitely a quality COSTUME piece. The rope tie can be tightened with a plastic doohicky (like what you'd see on the bottom of your dad's fleece pullover or ski jacket). There are a couple of well placed vents. The rope can be removed but be prepared to replace the hat band if you do.

I recently purchased the Sandy Ting Men's Outback Cowboy Hat, and overall, the quality seemed decent. The material felt sturdy, and it looked quite stylish. However, I did notice a flaw in the craftsmanship. The upper part of the hat was sewn crookedly against the rim, which was a bit disappointing. It's a detail that's hard to overlook once you've noticed it and the hat wouldn't sit correctly on my head unell is wore it slightly sideways which isn't ideal. While it's a good hat for its price, I hope the manufacturer addresses this issue in future batches.

Nice hat. It worked out well for the event I attended. It does run small, so if you have puffy hair, braids, locs or twist its not the hat for you.

Bought for my 6 year old son. Fits his head perfectly but would not fit my adult-sized head. Great value and looks adorable. Seems high quality so far.

Excellent fit and curvy style. Hat looked great, and got lots of compliments. Firm felt feel, with strong rope to go underneath your neck. Great buy at $13...

1st problem was hat string was sewn into the top crooked. Long on one side, short on the other. Had to cut threads holding it in place and remove it. There is no sweat band as stated or size adjustment. Worst of all it didn't fit. One size but not adjustable. Soaked this fake leather in water and it helped some but not enough. When dried indoors it went back to original size. Not recommended.
