I love sleeping and haven’t been doing that well but this mattress is amazing! I am sad that I just saw it’s almost $200 off from when I bought it a couple of weeks ago but I would pay full price again tomorrow!I love that I am on mattress and not in it! My back and hips are in so much less pain! I am a big girl and I don’t sink or get stuck like a turtle on my back! It’s awesome!

I don't write many reviews, but I love my mattress so much that I feel obligated to write! This mattress is firm enough and soft enough and has retained it's shape unlike mattresses I've owned that were constructed of only memory foam. I have really enjoyed the springy response and cool sleep provided by the coils, but also the cusiony plushness of the foam on top. I'm a side sleeper and got the softest option available and it's terrific. So happy I went with a hybrid! Definitely my favorite mattress and a very happy customer. It doesn't come rolled up like other amazon mattresses, but delivery was easy to arrange and convenient. I'm a very happy customer!

It did not maintain firmness. It broke down.

I read many positive reviews about this luxury-firm mattress and after months of research decided to purchase. The mattress came rolled up and vacuum sealed, which surprised me because I saw reviews that claimed it was not a mattress in a box deal. After allowing it to expand I was thrilled to try out my first big mattress purchase in 10 years.I ended up sleeping on the couch. Not only did I sink right into the soft mattress, but it was also incredibly hot and difficult to move around. I don't think the word "firm" should be anywhere near the description of this mattress. Luckily they were able to take the mattress back and I received a full refund. I learned my lesson about buying mattresses online and went to the closest mattress store.

After having switched this out with a standard 250 dollar mattress it goes to say you get what you pay for, you spend half your life in bed you mine as well treat yourself to a nice mattress, you won’t be disappointed!

It is wonderful to wake up with no sore joints! I am a side sleeper and my shoulder has ached daily upon wakening with my old mattress. By far, this is my favorite mattress I have ever purchased.

I bought this mattress in may 2020 in the luxury firm option. I followed the instructions and rotated the mattress every 2 weeks for the first month or so, then I began to rotate it once a month after that as suggested.Right before the 100 day return mark I started to experience pain in my lower back. I figured it was just time to rotate it again so I did that but the pain did not cease. At this point I’m not sure if I should have got a firm instead, or if this mattress just lacks good lumbar support. I notice if I move toward the middle of the bed where I don’t sleep as often I’m provided more lumbar support because it doesn’t sag. So the side of my bed where I sleep the most often I suppose is sagging enough to give me back pain. It hasn’t even been a year so I don’t think I should be having this issue already.Before this the mattress was very comfortable and provided optimal support.

I purchased a twin plush about 3-1/2 years ago. I’m a female side sleeper with hip and low back issues, so I needed a mattress soft enough for my hips yet supportive enough for my back, as I lay on my back and read a lot due to illness. At first it hurt my hips sleeping on my side but eventually (maybe 6 months) it broke in enough to where it was comfortable and I had that happy balance for both hips and back. Its now softening up a bit too much to lay for long periods on my back, but that could be because I’ve put on a lot of weight. Mine came in a large mattress box (not compressed) but apparently they are now shipping them like other mattresses “in a box.” So, maybe they’ve changed the construction of the mattress because I don’t see how it would be possible to do that with the one I have.
