This mattress topper is very soft and gives the perfect amount of comfort to make you feel like you're sleeping on a cloud. When you first take it out of its packaging it will look disappointing and thin. I tossed it in the dryer on low for about 30 minutes and then let it sit out unfolded for about 3 days before putting it on the mattress. It didn't puff up to 3 inches as advertised, but did fluff up. It was worth it to wait the few extra days. It's not going to give you a ton of support like a memory foam topper would do, but it does give a pillow top experience. I have had less back pain since sleeping on it though!

My child is about to go to college, I bought it for her to use in her school dormitory! ! ! Price and quality are factors in my choice, no smell, which is great.
