Fantastic value spinlock dumbbells. 18 inch length essential if you sometimes load up dumbbells with 40kg. (A second set of spinlock collars added to the dumbbell can double secure your safety if doing very heavy bench presses).

Good for weights
Well needed when working out at home. Needed to keep tightening the ends but it did the job. Able to use for multiple weights. Good service too.

Great for the price
Very pleased with these bars and would recommend. If you have large hands like myself and find the grip a little narrow then wrap the handle part with cohesive tape which really helps with the grip.
