I clipped it onto my Samsung Galaxy Flip6 and it's ridiculously effective. By default, the fan runs at top speed and eats 30W of power, which is dramatic overkill. With the official app, I set it to a whisper-quiet 10W mode and toned down the light show, and my phone is still cold to the touch after a session of graphically intensive gacha gaming (HSR, WuWa) with the quality settings maxed out. It's amazing how a little bit of active cooling can make a modern phone SoC sing. With a gamepad and an external display attached, I get something resembling a PC gaming / home console experience.That said, the cooler is so bulky and power-hungry, it's practically relegated to "docked mode" type use cases. Don't even think about handheld gaming on the go with this hunk of metal attached to the back. It's so over-spec'ed for the task, it may as well cool a desktop CPU. But given the design choices, if what you're after is sustained, intensive, docked-mode gaming without a trace of thermal throttling, this will do the job and then some.

This high-performance phone cooling fan has proven exceptionally effective when used with my Samsung S25U, even with a slim MagSafe-compatible case; the magnetic connection is notably strong. While the fan exhibits a substantial weight, the included extra clip enhances its versatility. Cooling is rapid and readily controlled via the accompanying application, utilizing a Bluetooth connection for temperature and RGB lighting adjustments. In summary, this product has demonstrated exceptional reliability.

It work well not much else to say except perhaps it looks really cool being really cool. One thing to note is the app that does the customizing is a little wonky keeps disconnecting but you really only need it the one time to pick the rbg lighting and set the fan speed which is a no brainer max speed. No but it really does work well I'm gonna need a magsafe case to make things easier because now I need to remove my phone from the case which is a pain in my case. Oh and you'll need a good power supply I'm using a 100watt your basic one that comes with your phone doesn't run the fan correctly.

Weak magnets, non-sticky backing, and difficulty attaching through phone cases are major complaints.coolers don't significantly reduce phone temperatures or that the cooler itself becomes hot, negating the cooling effect

Great cooling. As a Xiaomi 14t pro, 12t pro and Poco X3 Pro, this makes the job. Even playing on the Poco X3 is very reliable with no heat on this cooler.

Unless if you're a hardcore mobile gamer, this thing draws about as much power as a ultraportable laptop at the highest cooling power (it ends up with 28W over USB-C) and sure it cools really well, but for 28W, it's a lot of power. Build quality is excellent, I've used the Redmagic 5 Pro (last year's version of this cooler) and this 6 Pro definitely has more granular cooling control over the app. You can set it to lower cooling power which also slows down the included fan to cool down the peltier that's built in to this thing, the fan gets very loud at the highest level, but since you can slow it down via the app it can be decently quiet.You do need the app for cooling adjustments and to turn/off or change the RGB. The app is actually decently responsive and once you give the right permissions (nearby bluetooth devices) it connects almost instantly. It does memorize the last app setting which is decent, although the app itself feels a bit unpolished even though all the functions work fine. There's not much you can change about the RGB, but at least you can turn it off, and even if you leave it on it's pretty bright and vibrant and is diffused decently well.There is an included magsafe sticker as well as a bracket if you want to use this cooler but don't have a magsafe-compatible phone. There is a USB-C port that's on the cooler, but it's a USB-C output that's for an additional accessory for a wireless charger (which isn't included with this one). The manual doesn't really say that though, I had to find a related product listing to realize that the USB-C port is meant to output power for the optional wireless charger accessory.At the time of this review this cooler is $70 w/ a 10% discount coupon. There are other peltier phone coolers out there that actually includes wireless charging as part of the cooler for ~$40. This thing is definitely not cheap, for most people it's not a good value, you have to either need localized cooling or have a crazy-powerful phone to actually benefit from the additional cooling that the Redmagic 6 Pro can provide. If you need something like this, it does work pretty well, but at this price I also need to nitpick and the app feels like it needs a little bit more polish.

Cooling fan is super strong, it has a overclock mode if you really serious about gaming, I will say it's better then last generation that's for sure, and the cooling pad was improved so now it won't be damaged through out time. W drop
