Love this workbench
If your looking for a review with all the building words lol this isn't it. I call things how I see them.. but I have put ALOT of things together in my life and alone at that since its easier alone then listening to my husband complain about how many pieces are left.. lolThis was by far the easiest thing I have ever put together. Took me about 15-20 minutes alone (most of which was unwrapping more of what I mean below). I purchased this for a crafting table in my garage and its perfect for that. The right height and very sturdy (I did not use the castors as I put one on and it wasn't for me). Looks beautiful and not cheaply made. Heavy duty legs there is a total of 4 pieces in the box. 2 sets of legs, the counter top and the back piece that braces it all together. Love that the legs are adjustable so I am able to put it up a little higher so I can work with my elbows put on the table but also I can have it waist high to work easily standing. I am 5'4 and i have only 4 holes showing. There is plenty more adjustable height if you need it high or lower. All the bolts/screws whatever holds it together is called is all placed inside the holes they go in. You take it out place the piece and put it back where you found it. Simple! The couple pieces you do have is labeled both on each leg and on the countertop so there is no mixing up the sides. When my box came I was extremely worried.. I had a couple holes & torn corners which in my experience with other things that usually means dented pieces and broken parts. Not this time. I was extremely happy and have to give props to who packaged this as all pieces are in packing foam and bubble wrap together. Then when you unwrap that bundle.. each of the pieces were also in bubble wrap and packing foam with styrofoam between thr legs and the counter.. the counter also has a metal foam wrapped corners as to keep the corners protecter but also the foam to not puncture another pieces wrapping. The unwrapping takes about 10 minutes on its own but its worth it to bot have broken or scratched pieces. The only con I can think of if I had too is that I wish it was a little wider. But its definitely not too small just my preference for what I will be using it for. I didn't use the castors so I can't comment on those.Great table for the price.

A Quality Shop Bench
This shop bench was offered on Good Friday at a great value and I couldn't pass it up. As the reviews suggest, this is a quality, sturdy handsome work bench. The top is almost too attractive to use in the garage. It is a beautiful piece of wood. The bench is extremely sturdy and I like the fact that it can be rolled to where you need it and two of the wheels easily lock to keep it in place. Assembly is very easy. Just lay the top down on some cardboard and screw in the back and the legs, put on the wheels and you are done. It is heavy but one person and turn it right side up by locking the front wheels so it won't roll as you lift the top from the back.

Good for what it is
I am giving this a glowing review because of what it is -- a relatively inexpensive workbench. As such it is quite good. The metal is heavy, it was easy to assemble and despite some reviews I found all the holes lined up and everything went together quite easily. The one exception is the bolts -- they are painted with something OVER TOP of the nuts, making them hard to unscrew and re-screw. Just plain dumb how they did that. Most came apart easily, a couple needed real work to break loose. Once assembled the bench is very solid and stable. Surprisingly so. I added a vice, and then added the (provided) wheels. Even with wheels it is nicely stable. It also has a wide adjustment range for height. The top is nicely hard, very smooth. I have not tried banging on it yet, but I think it will do a decent job for moderate work (my last bench was 2.5" of solid oak so I do not expect the same sort of "solid").It came very well packed, with (disposable) metal corners protecting the top, and creative use of foam and cardboard that protected it quite nicely. Installation instructions were clear, and it took only about 20 minutes or so (a lot of which relating to screw issues as below). Inclusion of both adjustable feet and lockable wheels (on the front only) was nice. Not sure which way I will leave it.Now the bar parts, which are not that bad, but... The frame is not quite square. It is stable and solid assembled, but if you look closely you see it is not really square. Sloppy. When you screen in the wheels you can tell nothing is straight about those bolts (but they go in fine and roll fine). It's just a collection of "adequate" parts that work just fine, but are clearly sloppy work. The top is exactly as they describe -- but when you actually see it, it feels thin. You will not feel like hitting on it, or putting on too much weight, for fear of breaking it, especially on the front where there is no brace (the back has a metal brace). I also was surprised how thin 24" really is against a wall -- again, exactly as described, but make sure you do not need one deeper. None of these issues depart from how it is advertised; they delivered exactly what they promised.Overall, considering it was relatively inexpensive, I think it is a good deal and recommend it. Once assembled, it is stable, a good height, nicely adjustable, and reasonably solid. I'm quite pleased.
