JESSPOW Store: 18650 Lithium-ion Flat-Top Batteries (2-Pack), 3.7V 3300mAh, w/ 2-Bay USB-A Charger
This product is a set of two (2) Lithium-ion batteries and a “Universal Intelligent Charger” for Lithium-ion batteries. The batteries supplied are the 18650-pattern batteries which means they are 18mm in diameter and they are 65mm long. The 18650-pattern battery supplied in this set have a 3,300mAh capacity and a 3.7-Volt nominal voltage. These are also a “Flat-Top” variety of battery which means that the positive contact is flat and does not have a button or dimple sticking up on that end of the battery as is usually seen on disposable-type batteries. Flat-Top batteries are usually used in battery holders that have the contacts specifically designed for their use or they have nickel contact strips spot welded onto the battery’s positive and negative contact surfaces.I ordered these batteries to use in a Power Bank project that I am building. I have additional JESSPOW 18650 Lithium-ion batteries that are the same 3300mAh capacity to use with these two batteries to complete the population of the Power Bank. These batteries have a very nice appearance, are very well constructed (as far as I can see), and do have a nominal voltage of 3.7-volts. The manufacturer says that these batteries are capable of 2500 charge cycles or more and they have electronic protections against:○ Over-voltage Protection○ Over-discharge Protection○ Over-load Protection○ Short-circuit Protection○ Over-Current Protection○ Temperature Protectionand they have no issues with charging “memory effect.”The “Universal Intelligent Charger” supplied with these batteries has two (2) individual slots for charging Lithium-ion batteries. The charger is powered through a USB-C charging port included in the charger. The charger is designed to charge the Lithium-ion batteries with smaller diameters and cannot charge the larger diameter batteries such as the 26650 Lithium-ion batteries. The larger diameter batteries simply will not fit into the slots and make contact with the charger’s electrical contacts. According to the manufacturer, the charger can charge the 14500, 16340, 17500, 17670, 18350, 18490, 18500, and 18650 series Lithium-ion rechargeable batteries. The “Universal Intelligent Charger” can accept two (2) individual batteries, even those of different sizes and capacities and each battery is charged individually. The “Universal Intelligent Charger” uses an LED graphic screen to indicate the charging status of each battery in the charger. The charge contained within each battery is represented with the bars presented in the stylized battery presented in the charger’s display. If the battery is inserted in reverse polarity, no bars are displayed and the stylized battery presented in the charger’s display will flash. I am not sure how the “Universal Intelligent Charger” will react if a battery inserted can no longer be charged, is defective, or is of the improper chemistry for charging in this charger. This is not discussed in the instructions or the Amazon page. The batteries included with this product work well enough, though I do not yet have the equipment to verify each battery’s capacity. That will come soon. In general, I like this “Universal Intelligent Charger”. That said, there are improvements that could be made to the “Universal Intelligent Charger”. I wish that the charger could related more information on the batteries being charged. Most notably, I would like to see if there are issues with a battery that can no longer be charged, is defective, or is of the improper chemistry for charging in this charger. Finally, the charger should conform with the newer PD and QC fast charging protocols. It is not currently compliant with either of those charging protocols and it takes forever to charge only two batteries.

Good batteries and a decent charger
These batteries are working quite nicely in my high drain device, and are outlasting the batteries I was using. The charger using USB C makes it easy to use on the go since I have USB C chargers everywhere. The charging speed is on the slower side but I expected as much considering the price. Overall it's a great value and I'd buy again in a heartbeat if I needed more batteries.

Average measured capacity: 2822 mAh!
This review is for the JESSPOW brand “3500 mAh” flat top 18650 batteries (2 pack) with charger.I like reviewing lithium batteries because I have a tester to measure the capacity of each battery. It is not subjective. I let my OPUS BT-C3400 take all of the guess work out of the review.I’ve review a couple packs of JESSPOW “3500 mAh” batteries. These results and the prior results are very consistent. The actual capacity of the two cells I received as measured by my tester are: 2840, and 2804 mAh. The average capacity is 2822 mAh. That is just 86% of the advertised capacity. The average capacity of the prior packs were also 86% of the advertised capacity. If 2822 mAh is sufficient for your needs, and you find a good deal on them, then the JESSPOW brand 18650 batteries are okay. Otherwise, I would avoid them. If I had just purchased these batteries based on the advertised capacity of 3500 mAh, I’d be sending them back now.

Cool little charger
The charger with this is really cool. I wonder why no one made it like this before. It's universal (to a point). The negative contact is a slider with a spring tensioner. You can put a variety of batteries in it to charge. I has a digital readout that's' basic but functional. It give you the charge (zero if the battery is in backwards) with a bar scale. The batteries it came with are good to.

Bright flashlight again!
The batteries are great, my flashlight is bright again and lasts longer. The charger surprised me, you can actually slip the batteries in one handed. I had a similar one in the past but it required me to pull down the slider with one hand to insert the battery. This one moves much easier. Also, is usb-C, one less micro USB cord needed. Yay!

Good battery, comes with a better charger although still missing crucial info
The media could not be loaded. This is a preliminary review of Jesspow 2-pack flat top with animated charger. The batteries are being charged and tested for capacity at the same time. The charger that comes with the battery is a little bit better.Unlike others which only has a green and red LED light, this one has an animated display.Unfortunately, the crucial information: capacity, charging current, percentage and voltage are missing.I would recommend to skip this one and buy a better charger that has the above information. Also, it is better to buy the battery in a pack of 4 for lower pricing for each battery.Update 4-7-25:The capacity test results: Battery #1 3153mAh, battery #2 3112mAh as tested on XTAR Dragon charger.I expected that the results are a bit below the rated capacity. All Jesspow 18650 batteries I have also produced numbers that were slightly below rated/claimed capacity.I don't think that their batteries are bad. Many of my lithium-ion batteries are slightly below stated capacity. As long as they are within a margin of error, it is acceptable.I have reviewed their other 18650 batteries on sale. They all performed well with my flashlights, whether single-cell, or multi-cell variety.
