Just what I needed.
For 2008 Honda Ridgeline (presumably all 3.5 Honda V6). The pan has a lip that you need to clear to use an oil drain valve and this adapter seems purpose made. Easy to fit but be careful not to overtighten as the brass is nowhere near as tough as the original hardened steel drain plug.

Perfection!
This like all other Fumoto products I have used works flawlessly. I used this on a 2018 HR-V to get the valve (sold separately) up and out of the way of road debris that might hit it.

Great extension for the Fumoto quick drain system!
This extension is used to push out my Fumoto drain to fit correctly on my vehicle. Super easy installation and removal, if necessary. Great value for the money, great build quality and functionality solves my issue with fitment I highly recommend this, if you need it for your installation.

Perfect for my Mazda Speed6
There is nothing unusual about this adapter, it is a solid piece that is designed to accept their drain valve so it can be installed into the oil pan when there are clearance issues between it and the drain valve without an adapter. This particular adapter is for my 2007 Mazda 2.3 liter Speed6. The threads were designed to where the drain valve installs to where it is easy to operate.

Need adaptor for a Honda Civic R18
I got a Fumoto valve for the oil change on my Honda Civic last week. When I went underneath the car to change the oil, I discovered the bolt was recessed too far back into the pan to clear the size of the valve. There was not enough clearance to put the valve on the engine. This adapter alleviates that problem. Should have purchased it with the valve in the first place. I have a Fumoto valve on my F150 and love how easy it is to change the oil - no leaks - no fuss - no mess on the garage floor. But the hole is smaller and oil doesn't come out a quickly - takes about 3-4 minutes more - big deal. But... make sure your engine is hot so that every bit of oil drains out and no old oil is left behind. This adapter has a washer along with the washer for the valve. I've since read that they both "crush" a little and if you tighten them while on the car, then you can ensure the release for the valve is vertical giving the most clearance, while still ensuring they are tight and there are no leaks. Makes sense. Since I went ahead and changed my oil last week - I will have to wait 7500 miles to find out if it works.

Needed for 10th gen Accord
This is needed to be able to clear on a 10th gen accord which I wish I knew before attempting to put in my drain plug, but otherwise it’s a perfect fit and does the job. Time will tell how it holds up but after about two months, all is good.
