Cognition (6th Edition)

clear, concise, and works for different kinds of learners! The images/figures are well configured and allow for better understanding and they are a lot of them in the book! My professor says he prefered the previous edition (because of content) but that her could not make the previous edition a required text as it is not very easily accessible anymore. I believe he still uses the previous editions for his lectures etc but there is little difference that I can tell. Other students in the class say that the online access is really helpful and you can listen to the readings for those who learn better through audio. Even if you don't purchase the access card/code (I didn't) there are a lot of free text-corresponding sample questions on the internet. Overall a good psych textbook, I have certainly had worse!

Great price for one time use!

AMAZING textbook. Cognition is one of the harder subjects in psychology, but this text makes it a lot easier and interesting. It's worth the money - trust me. I also like the size of this textbook. It's a great size and weight that isn't annoying to have to carry around if you have to bring it to classes.

I accidentally was shipped the author’s first book “precognition” and upon reading it I somehow knew that I would write this. I got the right book and I now understand why.
