I ordered these snacks for my son who loved the product after trying it on a friend's house. He is extremely hard to satisfy so I decided to get some packs. Each snack is a little 3"x1.5"x3/4" soft cake. Calories 110. Saturated fat 14%, cholesterol 7%, carbohydrate 5%. Calcium 2% and Iron 2%. I ordered them on 2/9, promised to arrive during 13-19, received it by 2/21. I tried it, didn't like it, good thing is that is not very sweet, adding fruits and ice cream turned it more appealing to me. My son still loves it, and that's what it counts.
