Good bit of kit but tricky wheels and aftersales could be better.
This is a top end Ebike and it is certainly well made and reliable. It's not really a folding bike as though it does "fold" you have to take the wheels off etc and it's a bit of a faff.A word of warning with the wheels. They are easy to take on and off and seat in place with three red levers. In theory if the wheel isn't on properly then the levers will not lock in place. However: even though I had these levers locked in place, there was no play in the rear wheel at all and no feed back while riding I was told at a service that the hub was damaged and as it was down to the rear wheel not being put back on properly it would not be covered by warranty. Hence shelling out more money on top of the huge initial expense. From what I can see, there is no way of telling if the wheel is on right or not so now I have either never take the wheel off or gamble that I'll have a repeat of the same issue. This problem has stained what had been an overall great experience with this bike.
