Sweet Cacao Nibs
These cacao nibs are a lot sweeter than others I've tried, which was exactly what I wanted.These disappeared out of the bag without my noticing - I blame the flatmates!

The cacao made from these contained a reported 0.65 mcg/g of cadmium. But as those supplies were phased out, Sierra Leone became the supplier.\nThe only third-party review I've found for this newer powder states that cadmium levels were down to 0.4 mcg/g...somewhat better than average for cacao powder. That seems logical given that Sierra Leone soil samples contain considerably lower levels of cadmium than Peruvian ones do. It may not sound like much of a difference, but over time, that reduction really adds up. \nI know my answer to this particular question is sorta irrelevant now...being 4 years late...but maybe it will help with an understandably important health question many continue to have."}},{"@type":"Question","name":"is this raw?","acceptedAnswer":{"@type":"Answer","text":"It seem to me so.
