See a difference, yay!
I have been taking these for a good two months and i am recently seen a difference in my hair shedding less now i have tried alot of different things to help with this , genetics play a huge part in hair loss, shedding ect. but things in our lifestyle can contribute to this all too. For me i had a baby at 41, she was our 13 years later suprise so you can imagine already 40 baby at 41 and now i am almost 45 and i have been gping through changes, hormones ect. Also i have thyroid issues that is managed with medication, natural . This has been helping with my hair just more recently as it can take up to 4 months to get the full experience of supplements of any kind so being realistic and be regular with taking it will help get to the goal, that doesnt mean it takes that long for everyone but it is the most common. I did see a huge difference in my nails growing and being stronger a month into taking these. I like them and will continue with them i also find it a huge plus that they are small to swallow.

I got headaches from it and I had to stop taking it after three days.
I have been taking Biotin via gummies but hadn't had many positive results, and recently they've been out of stock. I decided to go to Amazon and see what I could find. When I saw these pills, at a good price, I decided to give them a try. After three days of persistent headaches, I had to give them up. They may be perfect for people who have no allergies or sensitivities, but they weren't good for me. I wouldn't know if I hadn't tried them.

It's a great product but I couldn't take it ,I have stomach issues but love this brand
Nails ,but I couldn't take it because of stomach issues only love nature made,will try a lower dose in this product though would recommend

My hair was falling out alot of it. I ordered this Biotin and plus some shampoo and my hair is not falling out as much . I take 3 a day.

I thought these were straight mgs no there mcgs but on all fairness it says on the bottle these babies are potent, so let's see o giveIt 5Months
