Directions

Add 1–2 squirts in the bath of Motherlylove Pamper Mum Bath Oil under running taps. Use as often as desired. Recommended for expectant and new mothers, but can also be used as a general relaxing bath oil. Alternatively if you are showering rub over body before a shower and then wash off. This is due to the higher concentration of essential oils used which are dilute in the bath. Having applied to the body and then washed off has the same effect as using in the bath.
