Well made and comfortable

Firstly + it has to be said that when I reported to the company the problems I experienced trying to fit this to a wheelchair they offered to refund my money without a return. Big THUMBS-UP to the company.- 1. It took forever to arrive (coming from China ?)2. It does not fit easily to the handles of the chair especially, if there are other fitments e.g. controls for a motor. 3. Once fitted it constantly loosens and the vertical fixers slide toward coming off horizontal holders.4. The head cushion is attached to the frame with two velcro strips. Fine in that these allow for adjustment but with the head reast constantly in movement (see comments about loosening) and not a perfectly central fit in the first instance getting and maintaining the perfect position is difficult.5. Finally, the support cushion is firm and un-giving. Combined with the position of the frame being set by the location on the wheelchair handles, there is little to no backward/forward adjustment and this too makes a comfortable position hard to achieve and maintain.All in all, a good idea but not suitable for all wheelchairs and perhaps not even the best thought out design.

It is great

Actual pillow is loose and wobbles because I have to put it so high on the metal part that it hangs over the top. Seems cheaply made for the price. I have secured it with pins so it doesn't wobble. It also didn't really fit on my wheelchair so I had to rotate one of the attachments and buy different bolts so that I could do this.
