Fisher-Price Kick and Play Piano Musical Gym, Colourful, Activity Floor Gym and playmat

My son has right arm erbs palsy. I started using this when my son was 2 months old. It was helpful to keep him entertained for a longer period of time. The hanging animals really did interest my son as a result he started using his right arm to try catch and hit the hangings. Right now he is three and half months old, now he is using his legs also to catch the hangings.Pros1. Color lights were not very bright which is good as bright lights will affect an infants vision.2. Had two modes to adjust volume - medium and high3. Two modes of music were available - one was playing continuously , other plays only if the toys were hit or the balls were passed over the arch.4.Colors were bright which interested the child5. In case the child hits the arch hardly, it does not fall , which is very safe .6. The squirrel and fox could be removed and used as a separate toyCons1. The width is small. My baby tends to hit his hand at the sides. I ensure that I always place a thin cushion on both sides.2. Wish the hangings were height adjustable.3. The mat's corner tends to give away after few washes.4. The balls don't pass down in the zebra at most times they get stuck.5.The hangings easily come out when we fit it in the zebra and giraffe6. Costly

Immediately after buying the product I wrote a review in which I criticised the product as the piano was not working n it had no return policy but I got it repaired locally.. Now after 3 years when my 2nd baby is also enjoying it to the fullest I am forced to edit my review.. plz parents go for it.. worth money..durability exceptional.. bought it for my son n loved by my daughter too .still it looks new.

The baby Gym is an amazing product...a must have for babies...start using it as soon as your baby turns 2 months...he/she won't engage initially...but make sure you put your baby in it everyday to make him familiar to it and slowly your baby will start kicking and then after 4 months or so will start hitting the toys above and pulling them...great way to engage the baby and not having to entertain the baby all the time yourself...The baby will be busy in it and you won't even realise how time passes away...Please buy the piano model..its the best of fisherprice...though I feel fisherprice rockers are not overrated and overpriced...Buy TINY LOVE ROCKER /CRADLE..its Amazing...it has music with lights and converts from rocker to cradle and vice versa...check out for yourself on Amazon...

My baby likes to stare at it for a long time, and he's 2 months old. Music is soothing, quality of materials is excellent.Update- A year later, still going strong. My baby used to hold on to this and stand up when he was 1 year old. He's started running around, but still likes to run around this while the songs play.I never expected this to last this long! But maybe this will last another year too! Amazing quality.

Fantastic product. Been using it for more than a month now. My kid started playing with it since he was 3 months old. And he still loves it. It's a bit expensive but quite sturdy, durable and kid-friendly. And the little one loves tugging on those suspended toys. The mat could have been better padded though. Not a problem for me 'cause I use it either on the sofa or on the bed. My kid's not big enough to sit and play with the piano yet, so he bangs it with his feet. And you should look at his excitement when he does so! Some people have complained about the volume. But unless you want your kid's ear drums to get hurt this early or are planning to use it on a busy traffic intersection, the volume is pretty much okay for a child.

Must buy by every parent.I bought this when my daughter was hardly Two months old. She just loves looking at all the toys hanged on it. Quality of product is nice. It can be used till age of 3 years. It's very nice for brain development of kids

It's not that effective what is claimed by company. There are only 4 toys and one of them is absolutely waste. And this product is very over priced. There are two volume buttons high and low but seriously both of the buttons are not audible at all.I am using it for more than 1.5 month now for my baby he doesn't seems to enjoy when I put him in it.

Bought this for my new born and thought would use it after some months.We used the mat that came along with this proudct to change baby diapers.In between, the baby legs used to touch the piano. And black paint on the piano keys started to stick on to baby's toe nails.Never expected such a branch such as Fischer Price to deliver substandard product.But the piano works find and the battery lasts good.For an infant, must be careful since the paint or any plastic part swallowed could be lethal for the baby.If you think of quality, better to avoid.

As a first time parents, we bought many things and toys that are never being used.But not this time as this playmat was definitely one of the best purchases for our little one.We have bought this when he was 3 months old and I wish we’ve done it sooner! He struggled to catch toys or objects and this mat definitely helped with that. He loves to play the keyboard with his legs which (despite some negative reviews) is loud enough. I was worried about the battery usage, but we didn’t have to change the batteries once since we got it (the original ones are still going!!)Our little boy is now 5 months old and he still loves to be on this mat!We use it all the time, for playing but also as a changing mat. I found it very useful as my baby boy used to hate changing nappies.I just turn him around on the mat, so the keyboard is not in my way and I can change him hassle free and also manage to give him plenty nappy free time while he is playing with the toys!The mat itself can be washed in the washing machine which keeps it nice and clean.UPDATE AFTER 9 MONTHS:My baby is 12 months now and we are still making a use of this product. The dangling toys are on the pram and he still plays with them every time we go out. The keyboard is detached from the plastic construction and he is now carrying or pushing it around and play with it. He still loves it!Highly recommend, hope you found this helpful :-)

My baby boy was born blind and I was looking for a playmat that was more musical, so many are heavily visual. This mat is perfect, he loves kicking his feet to play the music and is also able to find the toys above him. I’ve swapped the toys for ones more appropriate for his needs but great for this to be an option.

My little boy has loved this toy since he was nearly 4 months old. He is now 8 months old and still loves the piano and hanging toys which I have now disconnected from the mat.At first I would lay him on the mat and he would be mesmerized by the toys and try to bat his arms at them. He soon figured out that if he kicked his feet he could make music play. This really delighted him and would keep him occupied for a good while.Once he got better hand-eye coordination he discovered the wrinkly toy which he loved to stare at, squeeze and put in his mouth and he found himself in the little morror which always makes him squeel with delight. Soon he was using the elephant as a teether too. Now he loves to sit and bang on the piano. We even took it on holiday as it's very easy to take apart and pack flat.All in all a great purchase. I would highly recommend it.

I purchased the Fisher-Price BMH49 Kick and Play Piano Gym for my newborn son.The product arrived In a branded box so would look great as a gift.It was easy to assemble and was up within minutes, my sons been using the play mat now for 5 months now without losing interest!It sounds great and the batteries last for ages even with all the kicking. I think that the mat has really helped him learn to use his legs more and his arms to kick and grab the toys.Over time I did add and change some of the toys that dangle down to keep his interest but the ones included are some of his favourites.My own downside is the mat included isn’t padded so I always have a blanket under to keep it comfy and less risk when he’s on his front.I’d defiantly use this again and recommend to anyone expecting.

El producto es chulo y mi pequeña está encantada. El problema es que sospecho que no se trata de un producto nuevo. Al desempaquetarlo aprecié una mancha que me hizo sospechar. Pero cuando fuí a poner las pilas, me las encontré ya puestas (no a parte) y el aspecto de éstas confirmó mis sospechas. Adjunto foto. Muy mal por Amazon. No lo devuelvo porque funciona y prefiero evitar más molestias.
