Molds for Fondant Cake Decorating 8 Horse Clay Silicone Mold Win Instant Success Horse Candy Cake Baking Mold

I used this mold with air dry clay, spackle, and hot glue and had the same problem with the legs being too thin for them to come of the mold easily. Hot glue was the best because I over filled those parts and then cut off the excess dry glue. Can't imagine how cake bakers will be able to get their chocolate figures out without damaging them. Maybe someone else can give me some clues. The rest of the mold looked great! Hope this helps.

I know it says for fondant but I used this for clay. It's so hard to use as the legs are so thin they won't hold together. Even when I get them out of the mold in one piece which is extremely difficult they end up breaking off during the drying process. I'm still going to play with it to get this to work if that means attaching it to a background price of clay but it's not easy to use at all and not worth the money. I will say it is very detailed and beautifully designed if i could just keep it in one peice

The horses legs are very, very thin and break off when pulling out of mold.

When I received this mold I was amazed at the details. It is a little on the fragile side but absolutely amazing!! I used a clay and it popped right out. Also received it very quickly.

I wasnt sure how well the finished item would turn out, but the detail is intact and it's awesome to look at the finished product. I recommend this mold.

They way it is shaped makes it extremely difficult to use. first it didn't lay equally so any thing put in the mold, be it chocolate or jello gravitated to one side. The mold is so small that it was impossible to remove any of the limbs or the horses. Completely wast of money.
