i am planning to use this in 'mesh' and i dont have an ethernet cable available. How do i power this?

Does this come with Ubiquiti warranty?

Hi, it appears to arrived dead-on-arrival. i plugged in a perfectly functioning cat 6 cable into the poe in and no light or any sign of life?

I am powering this adapter with usw-lite-16-poe switch, however, the pass through isn't powering a basic desk phone. Am I missing something?
