DenTekReady Fit Dental Mouth Guards to Help Prevent Night Time Teeth Grinding and Clenching known as Bruxism (12 pack)

I had wanted to use these during the daytime, for which they're really not suitable - certainly not if you want to be able to speak ... however, I have found they are really rather good for night time use! When they arrived and I saw the size of them (they are very small) I was disappointed and, frankly, quite puzzled but with a certain degree of desperation I gave one a go and have to say I'm pleasantly surprised at how effective it is - it stayed in position all night (not something I can say about many mouth guards I've tried) and my teeth felt better for not having been pulverised all night. So far, I've worn the same one for 5 nights and it's still going strong. Very different from the usual mouth guard that encases your teeth, this is just some very small/fine tubes with a plastic band holding them together - the tubes just stop the teeth making contact with each other - simples! The downside is they are quite heavy on plastic packaging - not sure they all need to be individually wrapped? Will definitely keep using these at night, but my hunt for a daytime solution continues - chewing gum it is for now!

I cannot recommend this item I was very very disappointed in its quality, so small it just about fitted my 9 year old grandson, never stayed in place , made of very hard uncomfortable materials and caused pain and great discomfort to my gums I'm afraid it went straight into the bin what a waste if my money

I was pleasantly surprised considering these are a one size fits all. They work really well in fact I prefer them over my more expensive guard from the same brand.The only reason I've not reordered is the price, I paid £8 since then I've seen the price jump from anywhere from £11 to £16 at these prices they really not such a great deal. If you can get them at a cheaper price I highly recommend them.

These are comfortable and work really well to stop me from grinding but I feel they are overpriced for a few bits of plastic.

I tried 4 night guards prior to this type including 2 custom made ones but found them all too uncomfortable to wear at night. These feel much less cumbersome. They are also a universal fit as they will bend to any width mouth.Only draw back is that being single use they will prove expensive - they have small hollow tubes in their design that you cant clean so they would be too unhygienic to reuse.

These are tiny, the one size fits al claim is untrue. Not comfortable and they don’t stay in place either, I really don’t believe you could wear these at night as they’d be a choking risk as I say they don’t stay in place they move due to poor fit

After spending thousands of £’s over many years, desperate to find some help…I found these mouth guards. I was sceptical at first as they were inexpensive and looked flimsy.I have suffered terribly from debilitating headaches, jaw, neck and shoulder problems for decades, as a result from clenching my jaw really tightly each night while asleep.Really strong pain medication has not helped either.I have been to so many different dentist, spent a ridiculous amount of money on an array of useless, speciality made gum guards (I even tried custom made ear plugs that are meant to prevent grinding). Nothing has worked up until I purchased the DenTek guards.I am so grateful and happy to have found these!They are easy to use, light weight, fit securely and STOP me from clenching my jaw while I sleep.A game changer.Would highly recommend them, I never write reviews but hope that my experience with these can help other sufferers of Bruxism.
