Lids stick
The lids are sometimes extremely difficult to get off to fill them.I bought these to use for creamer and sugar. The powdered creamer doesn't come out. It gets stuck in the spout hole. I'm pretty sure the flap is the culprit. But then, I think this is always a problem, as I don't think I've ever seen one of these used Ina cafe with the flap. It's always removed.Disappointing. But still great for sugar. And I'm sure it can be used with cinnamon sugar. And probably other things I have thought of yet. Great but compared to anything else I found. Not carried at my local gfs anymore, so I bought online.

Lasts a while and durable
It's very nice to use, and also durable. I've heard of complaints with this type of shaker breaking before, but this one has been very durable so far and it's very easy to clean. Highly recommend for restaurants. I've had it for one month so far.

Sweet Life!
Lids are flimsy and difficult to screw on "1st pass" but once filled saves time with tea and coffee service. Having extra jars to replace when emptiying one saves time, or making a simple recipe that only needs a teaspoon I need no go to my fancy cannisters for such a small quantity. Back-ups are always ready.

Does the job, flap is a little flimsy
I wanted a classic sugar shaker like I remember from the tables in classic diners. This one is very similar in appearance and will work for home use, but the flapper that covers the pour spout is a little flimsy. Hopefully it holds up and doesn't rust with washing. The glass is nice and thick and seems durable.
