Installation details (easy), other's pictures help confirm seal is correct..Thanks!
I couldn't find the brand on my garage doors, but some people were kind enough to show good pictures of the track this is designed to go inside, which exactly matched what I have. So I bought it and it was a an easy install and works great.Installation took probably 10 minutes per door. You'll probably need to remove the trim on the under side of the door that holds the seal. You can do this using #2 phillips bit with a cordless drill to remove the screws securing it to the door, and a 7/16" socket to loosen up 2 bolts on each side for the roller bracket that pinches down against the track. All very doable with one person, but it's nice to have a second person, especially to make quick work of inserting the seal into track. Since it comes rolled up flat, it's nice to have one person stay at one end to unroll and form it to insert into on end while the other person pulls it along the length.

Five Stars and Three Warnings
First some jargon. The rubber gasket is called an insert. The insert has tabs that slide into one or two tracks in a holder called a single track or dual track retainer, respectively. The retainer is then screwed onto the bottom of the garage door.Warning 1This specific product is an insert for a single track retainer. When you order this product you will only get an insert. A retainer, though pictured, is NOT included. In my case my single track retainer was in very good condition so I reused it. The insert was an excellent fit and slid in easily so a five star rating is appropriate from me.Warning 2Dual track inserts will NOT fit into a single track retainer and a single track insert will NOT fit into a dual track retainer. The shape of the tabs on the inserts are specific to one type or the other. There is no one size fits all. For a single track retainer, fold the insert and put the tabs together and together they look like an upward facing arrow. Dual track inserts seem to have either round or T shaped tabs.Warning 3I was able to reuse my original single track retainer. If you need to replace a single track retainer I suspect you’ll be directed to replace it with a dual track retainer instead. Good luck with that. The problem is that the dual track retainers seem to assume you have a flat door bottom. The bottom of my garage door isn’t flat. The outside half is but the inside half has a channel in it running the width of the door and that’s where the single track retainer is mounted. Put a dual track retainer on my door and there’ll be a gap along the inside that’ll want filling in.

Perfect fit for Clopay 'single track bottom seal' doors.
This is exactly what I was looking for. No big box store in the area had this exact fitting seal. So thanks for making it available at a great price. I purchased three of them. Note to others,,Before I purchased this product on Amazon, I bought an incorrect 'generic one' from a local big box store - and it didn't work as my garage seal is an older door and has a 'single track aluminum' rail. Make sure you know this before you start hunting for a rubber replacement seal to do this job. It'll save you some time and frustration. This product which came from amazon worked perfectly as the two 'ends' of the rubber are meant to come together and form a single loop with the part that slides into the rail (like a car windshield wiper blade) would slide into a single track. To make this easy, I first took off the aluminum rail by unscrewing the 5 or so sheet metal screws. I had to vinyl/rubber track out with a blade, then clean the rail with hot soapy water to get all of the years of debris out of the small rail. Then, I coated the inside of the aluminum rail with a bit of olive oil (it was old), so that the new seal would slide right into the track. It's easy, but be patient. Good luck. This worked well for me.

Good Quality - Easy to Install - Great Price
I needed to replace my torn garage door bottom seal and investigated many options on Amazon. I finally decided on the inexpensive Clopay seal. Why? It looked like it would do the job and would be easy to install. Both turned out to be correct. Installation was about as simple as it could be. I carefully examined how the old seal was installed and took several photos, especially of the screw locations. I removed the old seal, cut the new Clopay seal to the right length (leaving an extra inch or so, just in case) and slipped it into the track easily. I trimmed the seal and I was done! Easy and complete at an affordable price. Recommended.

does the job
easy to install; took about 10 minutes. not too certain about the durability because it seems to have already flattened out permanently after only 2 weeks of use. we'll see I suppose. but for the price I can replace it starts to leak again.

Worked as it should without issue
Seems not quite as heavy as the original but the old one may have gotten stiff and less flexible over the last 20 years. This one is flexible and seems durable, time will tell. I don’t know if it fits other types of garage door seal mounts but mine is a single channel. Once you remove a few screws that keep it from sliding back and forth in the channel, you slide the old one out and then pinch the two sides of this one together to form what looks like a T and then slide it back into the end of the channel and pull it through to the other side. I had my wife holding it straight which made it easier to pull through. I didn’t use any lubrication at all it and slid through much easier than I thought it would. Once you get one end started in the channel, it was actually easier to get this one through than it was to get the old one out. No issues so I’m happy with it.

Great replacement for my well-worn Clopay garage door bottom seal.
This was a snap to install and fit perfectly. I bought some foam core noodles to put inside the hollow tube to help with the seal. So far, it works fine. Wish I had bought a better foam core with larger diameter, but I just doubled up on what I had. Not ideal, but seems to be a tight enough seal. Mostly trying to keep out rodents, bugs, snakes and the occasional grass clippings from yard maintenance crews which blows under my garage door. Water hasn't been as much of an issue since driveway is on a slope. So far, so good. Seemed exactly like the old seal I replaced for the most part. Except newer, of course...
