Quick and easy.
Just used this last night and it was very good . So easy to use and tastes great. Thickens up and cuts a lot of time from making it from scratch.

Easy and delicious
I’ve done the normal roux from scratch for years and years, however, this is an easy, delicious and quick gumbo mix. I use it only for the Roux (it says it anll you need to add is meat) but I s way better if you add fresh traditional gumbo ingredients: the holy Trinity vegetables, optional okra, and my choice of meat protein. It’s fantastic and fool proof. Highly recommended and much easier than the jar types.

You won't be dissappointed.
This Gumbo starter is very good and when you add okra, sausage and Chicken it is quite tasty. This shortens the time to make a gumbo quickly. Recommend.
